Hello, I wanted to let you know that the following development was completed as part of the changes for Expanded Learning Programs and shipped on 6/24/2025.
Here are the relevant revision notes:
New Year Rollover:
- For California districts, data in the following tables will roll over for records with start dates on or after July: Supp Att Calendar (ATC), Supp Att Assignments (ATA), Supp Att Data (ATD).
School Info:
- Configurations > District Settings:
- A new district setting titled “Supplemental Attendance Program Codes for Attendance Recovery” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.
- A new district setting titled “Expanded Learning Programs” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.

We do not provide update access to the majority of our staff because it allows them the ability to modify entries from other staff members.
Because of this, we ESPECIALLY need to be able to define the required fields for DIS.

We are also using SWIS now and it would be very helpful to have defined fields for these tables.
There are a ton of users who have access to these tables and we need to enforce various fields.

Clerks are unable to identify how long a partial record has remained in their "buckets" adding create date will help them monitor and maintain their lists

As data requirements and expectations increase, we rely more on data validations. The Possible Cause and Solution boxes are incredibly tiny, making it difficult for our end users to review the guidance included.
If it's not possible to have the boxes pop up, it would be helpful if they could be made expandable.

This also present a major scheduling confusion as students assigned to those sections are unable to see their teacher's name. Class schedule and MST board shows the class as "Unasssigned"/Blank.
