API POST records in WRL
Regarding Gradebook pass-back into Aeries Gradebooks from Canvas, shouldn't there be a record of the transaction (presumably a POST record as opposed to all the GET records) for these transactions?
Programming: Addressing issue (no ETA at this time)The only POST records I see in the WRL table are from a VND and TYP named, "Olympus." This name does not appear on my API security list. Can you clarify what this is?

Security pages - Add option to hide disabled accounts
On Security pages add an option to hide accounts with a status of Disabled.

Security – The User Type column has been added when searching or listing users on the Security pages. Also, when viewing lists of users, columns can now be sorted and filtered on. -
Repeat Grd tag (STU.RG) should not flag during rollover for pre-enrolled students
The Repeat Tag (STU.RG) field is flagged in the new year database during the rollover for all students if their STU.GR and STU.NG were the same in the current database. Can this be made optional and/or not flag pre-enrolled students?

Student Immunization Status report always displays PK value for grade -1 in Select Grade dropdown
On the Student Immunization Status report page, the Select Grade dropdown always shows PK for grade -1. Please change the report to reflect what the school uses for grade -1 (for example, TK).

Immunization Card Report – Grade label adjusted to use grade level translations instead of numeric value (i.e. “PK” or “TK” instead of “-1”).

Mobile Parent Portal Attendance Page
There is currently no Attendance Key. Also, "Present" code is in red and parents are confused by the color. They automatically assume is Absent. Perhaps changing it to green?

The parents will be able to pick up this new feature to the Mobile Portal Attendance page by updating their Mobile Portal App from either the AppStore or the PlayStore. Here is the revision note: The Attendance screen now displays non-absences in green.

Allow parents to upload documents in Online Enrollment
Allow parents to upload documents as part of the online registration process. This include Online Enrollment, as well as Data Confirmation processes in Aeries. Parents would be required to upload certain documents, whereas others may be optional.

This new step in the enrollment process allows parents to upload specific files requested by the district. These documents will be then available for review when importing into Aeries, and ultimately stored in the Aeries Student Documents table. -
Online Course Requests - Allow more than 1 Alternate course
Online Course Requests and choosing Alternate Courses thru Aeries Student Portal – the current setup allows for a primary course selection, with 1 alternate course option. Is there a way to have 1 primary selection with 4 alternate selections (or another method that may accomplish the same result)?

Hearing - Convert P/F to Dropdown List
Please make the Hearing page a bit more dynamic for consistency in collecting data and ease of query.
I would like HRN.PF titled "P/F" to be renamed "Results".
I would like it to be a drop-down menu that we can edit beginning with the following menu.P Pass

Hearing
- The P/F field was renamed to Results P/F and is intended to record Pass or Fail results. Existing reports or queries may rely on this field to be accurate so additional codes values are not recommended.
- The Results P/F, Dr Refer, Follow Up, IMP Code, and Waiver fields were converted to drop-down fields that are populated with codes entered in the COD table. For Texas users, the fields are also populated with fixed codes that correspond to state reporting codes.

The SMS Board in a Flex scheduling school is not rendering on weaker machines.
The SMS Board fails to load (spinning wheel) and no error message displays in the Flex Scheduling school.

Add the option for the Class List by Section report to print for a specific period and include a signature line (signature, date, time).

Global Messages should be at the top of the home page
Move School and District Messages (Global Web Messages) to the top of the home page to make them more prominent. They should also be sorted by most recently modified.

Co-Teacher for API / OneRoster - Teacher & Office Entry Access
With remote-learning, we are now in need of something to better sync our co-teachers, sub-teacher support staff, & instructional aides with our online learning platforms.
Is there a way to create a form accessible to both teachers & office staff ( users ) to allow adding an co-teachers & instructional aides to a class / section?
When tagged / added, it would add that user to the OneRoster / Aeries API syncs so they can be imported by our online platforms?

Student Assertive Discipline Report - add option to not page break by student
Student Assertive Discipline Report, there is not an option to choose whether you want to have a page break on each student. The report only prints one page per student. The customer needs the option to say No to one page per student, so that all students print on one page.
