Add option on CSU and UC Eligibility reports to hide the SAT statement:

Currently UCs and CSUs are not requiring official SAT reports.

CSU Eligibility – This report has been updated to meet CSU’s new requirements for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years. Also, the message on this report regarding pre-2016 SAT scores has been removed.
UC Eligibility – This report has been update to meet UC’s new requirements for A-G credit completion during spring and summer of 2021. Also, the message on this report regarding pre-2016 SAT scores has been removed.
College Entrance Requirements – This page has been updated to meet CSU’s new requirements for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years. Also, reports on this page have been consolidated into a single area. See College Requirements Form and Entrance Tests

New Students Enrolled After Our Last Day of In-School Attendance and CALPADS STAS File
For EOY 3; STAS, CSIS is saying we need to send up a STAS record for new students who enrolled after our last day of in-school attendance but we can exempt them. Is there a way to auto-exempt them based on the new field in District Options for our last day of attendance if the student's first day of enrollment falls after that date?
5 votesHello, the bug has been completed in the 6/8/20 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
The STAS extract logic has been updated to include students enrolled after the last day of regular attendance. These students will be extracted with a “Y” in the Absence Exempt Indicator column. Also, teachers taking attendance would cause the Attendance History totals to be recalculated without limiting by the Last Day of Regular School Attendance when populated, fixed.

Push and Pull Setup Tables - Add BSD and BST tables to Push Pull ability
The Push and Pull Setup Tables process does not include copying the related BSD and BST tables to copy the entire BEL Schedule setup, including the schedule times and Days linked to the calendar.

Course Requests page more like New Classes page
Previously the Classes and Course Request forms were almost identical; with the new Classes Form came many valuable enhancements, including the Edit function which allowed a counselor to see when sections were available. In the latter stages of fixing the SMS schedule, the functionality of the Edit capacity on the Classes form would make changes easier while working in SMS and using the Course Requests form. Course Request
- Full editing of the available columns will be enabled.
- New blank rows can be added by 1 or 10 rows at a time.
- As part of the restructure of the page, added Class Link functionality to the Add, Edit and Delete section process.
- When a section is added that does not match an assigned Team Course Group Number, a warning message will appear.
- When searching for a course to be added or edited in a course request, users can now replace the existing section number with the new section without having to delete the existing section.

PSTS-Need ability to record multiple CALPADS Post-Secondary Status
Brandi with CDE confirmed that CALPADS is supporting multiple status codes for one student. We were not aware of this when we reviewed and programmed the PSTS extract based on the new code set and the file layout.
WORKAROUND: We will make adjustments in the future, but for the current Fall 2 PSTS reporting, we are only extracting one status code per student.

The new Post-Secondary Survey (PSS) table is used for the extract, and the SSD table is no longer used. Configure Vaccination Requirements – The “Load Defaults” button on this page has been adjusted to load PreSchool/Child-Care values as well as TK/K-12 values. PreSchool/Child-Care values are loaded based on age in months, while TK/K-12 values are loaded based on Grade. Changes have been made to the vaccination requirement logic to ignore age-based requirements if a grade-based requirement exists that applies to the current student’s grade-level, as to not disqualify a TK/K-12 student based on being under 60 months (which is the high age in months for most PreSchool/Child-Care vaccination requirements). Also the age in months logic was inaccurate when a student’s birthday was in the current month but had not yet occurred, fixed.

School Options Incorrect Validation Message when Saving
School Options page is giving a message when trying to change the school to Scheduling Type of "Secondary" and Attendance Type of "Period" and not able to save.

API POST records in WRL
Regarding Gradebook pass-back into Aeries Gradebooks from Canvas, shouldn't there be a record of the transaction (presumably a POST record as opposed to all the GET records) for these transactions?
Programming: Addressing issue (no ETA at this time)The only POST records I see in the WRL table are from a VND and TYP named, "Olympus." This name does not appear on my API security list. Can you clarify what this is?

Repeat Grd tag (STU.RG) should not flag during rollover for pre-enrolled students
The Repeat Tag (STU.RG) field is flagged in the new year database during the rollover for all students if their STU.GR and STU.NG were the same in the current database. Can this be made optional and/or not flag pre-enrolled students?

Student Immunization Status report always displays PK value for grade -1 in Select Grade dropdown
On the Student Immunization Status report page, the Select Grade dropdown always shows PK for grade -1. Please change the report to reflect what the school uses for grade -1 (for example, TK).

Immunization Card Report – Grade label adjusted to use grade level translations instead of numeric value (i.e. “PK” or “TK” instead of “-1”).

Mobile Parent Portal Attendance Page
There is currently no Attendance Key. Also, "Present" code is in red and parents are confused by the color. They automatically assume is Absent. Perhaps changing it to green?

Allow parents to upload documents in Online Enrollment
Allow parents to upload documents as part of the online registration process. This include Online Enrollment, as well as Data Confirmation processes in Aeries. Parents would be required to upload certain documents, whereas others may be optional.

This new step in the enrollment process allows parents to upload specific files requested by the district. These documents will be then available for review when importing into Aeries, and ultimately stored in the Aeries Student Documents table. -
Online Course Requests - Allow more than 1 Alternate course
Online Course Requests and choosing Alternate Courses thru Aeries Student Portal – the current setup allows for a primary course selection, with 1 alternate course option. Is there a way to have 1 primary selection with 4 alternate selections (or another method that may accomplish the same result)?
