Scheduling Process > MST Board (Print Board button) or View All Reports > Master Schedule Board Report - For schools using Flex Scheduling, the following report options were added to provide Flex schools more information about the master schedule and staffing: See Flex Scheduling - Master Schedule Board
- Print Room Numbers - will print the room number for the teacher/section from MST
- Print Section Numbers - will print the section number of the class from MST
- Print Total Students - will print the total number of students in the section based on the MST total students field (MST.TS)

Asset reports by asset type
Can we have ability to pull asset reports only for specific assets? Like I want a report that shows me everyone currently having an iPad checked out, asset ID 34 for example. I don't want to have to filter through all assets, it should be an option to select which asset and pull only active records.

Add Page numbers and headers to Enhanced (1-Column) Transcript
The new enhanced 1-column transcript does not have page numbers, or basic information such as student ID on every page. Adding this information will help ensure that pages don't give mixed up when printing a lot of them at once. It will also ensure the recipient of a transcript has received all pages, by displaying page numbers as "Page X of Y".

- Portal Options :
--The Update 2021 CDE Guidelines button was added allowing users to update to the latest Residency Survey questionnaires in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
--A Liaison Contact Information section was added to the page for district customization.
- Parent Data Confirmation
--The updated 2021 CDE Guidelines for the Residency Survey are now available once enabled from the Portal Options page.
--Additional sections were added to the Residence Survey including Unaccompanied Youth, Other Additional Children, and Liaison Contact Information.

STU.DE should be Total Days Enrolled not just current enrollment
STU.DE only captures current enrollment and can differ from AHS.EN which is Total Days enrolled for the year

Immunizations Report show legal name
The Immunizations Report and blue card doesn't show the legal name but it is being requested for legal purposes. Can it default to legal name or have an option to print it with the legal name?

Student Immunization Cards – The plain paper report has been adjusted to include the new fields for COVID-19 vaccinations. Also, There is a new option to Print Student Legal Name that applies to both the plain paper and “Blue Card” versions of the report. -

Emergency Student Listing Report – Flex scheduling, section staff, and primary classes are now supported. -
CRSC extract creating Course Section ID greater than 10 characters in some instances
In some cases, the system-generated Course Section ID is greater than 10 characters. Specifically this seems to be happening when a course taken at a community college has the HIS.SDE field populated, and the student's enrollment includes a Home Reporting School code. It's that combination of things that's causing the system-generated Course Section ID is greater than 10 characters. Courses reported for other schools don't have that issue, probably because it's the trigger for the Reporting Home School that's adding two additional characters in front of the Course Section ID.
4 votesHello, a fix for this issue was released on 06/04/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:
School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts
- The CRSC and SCSC extracts generated a fatal error when the Section ID exceeded 10 characters for students with dual enrollment where the section ID for a college course was virtualized. The name in the course section ID is now reformatted to prevent the error.

SELA Conflict Report-Add options for report
CALPADS - SELA Conflict report - Needs report options added:
1) Add option to skip Pre-school students (errors reported are invalid for PS)
2) Have report honor KEEP and SKIPS.

SELA Conflict Report – The report has been adjusted to handle Adult English Learner (ADEL) language fluency. Also, it now supports KEEP / SKIP, school selection (when logged at the district and not running the report from the CALPADS page), and the ability to skip Pre-School (PS) grade level. -
Language Assessment - Retitle Redesignation Date Field to RFEP
To be in alignment with CALPADS verbiage, rename the Redesignation Date field in the Language Assessment table to RFEP Date. Currently the EL and IFEP Dates are in alignment.

Lunch count boxes labeled for teachers when taking attendance
Currently teachers do not see labels above the lunch count boxes when entering counts, just two boxes next to each other. It would be great if these boxes were labeled, one as "Count" and one as "Comment" so the teachers knew where to put the number. Thank you!

Teacher Attendance – This page now supports lunch count recording for flex and staff section schools doing daily attendance. Further programming will be done to add this function to the Teacher Attendance By Photo page. Also, headers for the Lunch Count fields were added, for improvement of data accuracy.
