    If we clearly have fields labeled for Preferred Name (Last and First) and Legal Name

    Add the same setup as Additional Immunizations that is in the Student Side of Immunizations so that districts can enter anything from TB Tests, COVID Immunizations, and anything else that may come up.

    Maintain a flag on students that were pre-enrolled or made it through the online enrollment so that those students can be not-included in data confirmation.
    Currently, a query on entry date is run to see who entered in a certain date range and then those contacts are added to an email to those families telling them that they've already gone through the data confirmation as part of their online/pre enrollment process and to disregard that requirement.
    A lot of extra steps that might be better solved with a DB flag that expires after Data Confirmation window closes.

    re-label the field or mouseover to read, "Other name that your child goes by i.e.. Michael goes by Mike"

    Additionally, a way to filter parents who went through, or are going through, online enrollment to not receive the Data Confirmation notifications. Doing this will avoid a lot of confusion.
