    Our HR department wants to begin using Aeries for Staff records to make the CALPADS reporting easier to manage. It's critical to make data entry processes easier for NON-Data workers to manage records.

    As a COE with Spec Ed programs, we will have many Adult Age Students "age out" in December. It's critical to fix this so bug so that our Enrollment records match our Spec Ed records in CALPADS.

    "Independent Study Attendance Letters" is another idea that's related to this one - PLEASE VOTE FOR IT TOO! For Ind. Study, the Attendance Letters need to be based on Chronic Absenteeism/ Attendance Rates, which is NOT reported anywhere in Aeries because of the way it handles the Verified Not Absent codes.

    We will begin a full Ind. Study program in Fall 2023 so we'll need to process Attendance letters for more students than ever before! Please consider a change to how Aeries uses the ind. study Absence Code options and the Attendance Rate calculations. We'd like the Attend. Rate to be the basis of Attend. Letters (instead of using "truancy" counts of absence codes), which is a separate Aeries Idea.
