    This clarification message was added to the SUN Bucks communcation pieced linked earlier, so we are adding it here to maintain consistency as to our plans:

    There seems to still be some confusion, so we are clarifying out intended actions, as many comments added to this idea cover a wide variety of requests:


    We are planning development during the current quarter to make specific upgrades to allow recording in Aeries which students were designated as Free or Reduced based on the UBA (and not the NSLP Application) via a new Source Code. Also, in the same way that districts can make the NSLP application available for download in the parent portal, a customized UBA could also be uploaded into the Parent Portal so they can access it to fill out. 


    The actual collecting of the UBA, analyzing the responses, assigning the status to a student, and conducting audits would…

    This is a basic function that should be a default part of Aeries.

    Teachers can print a seating chart by going to 'Attendance by Photo', clicking on the stack of pancakes on the upper right, "Print Current Seating Chart" which runs the report, then download and open the PDF to print. However, the PDF only has the first name and last initial, not the whole student name as shown on the Attendance by Photo seating Chart. Please allow us to print the whole student name on that report.

    I have teachers in upper level science classes that would like to see all their student's prior science and math classes in unofficial transcript form so they can modify/create their curriculum accordingly.

    Currently, teachers have to load grades from Gradebook within Aeries one at a time for each section the teacher had. In Secondary schools (High School specifically), many teachers have more than 5 sections. Many have multiple sections within one gradebook (i.e. French AP and Honors).

    It is unfortunate that this was recommended 8 years ago with no indication that it has been considered for inclusion.
