Online Enrollment - Allow Users to Change Deleted to Pending Import
If a user accidentally deletes the wrong online enrollment record, there is currently no way to retrieve it or "undelete" it. You can't even view the information to manually enter it yourself. So, you would have to contact the parent and ask them to start over again. At the least I would want the ability to view those records so the person that made the mistake can in some way correct it, but it would be great if there was an option to move it out of delete and back to Partial or Pending status.

Student Data > Demographics > Import
- The Set as Incomplete button was replaced with the Update Status button, providing more options for updating an enrollment status:
- A Pending Import record can be set to Partial (Incomplete) or Delete.
- A Partial (Incomplete) record can be set to Delete.
- A Deleted record can be set to Pending Import or Partial (Incomplete), allowing users to recover deleted records if needed.
- The ability to view the confirmation page for Deleted and Partial (Incomplete) enrollments is now supported. The View button is now available on the Aeries Student Import page. Selecting the View button opens the confirmation page to view student enrollment details from within Online Enrollment. See Aeries Online Enrollment Importing Students.

Staff Page - Add class totals
For Flex scheduling, add the total students to the Staff page.
11 votesHello, a fix for this issue was released on 9/17/24. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- School Info > Staff - For schools using Flex Scheduling, the following were added and changed in the Scheduling Master Schedule Classes and Master Schedule Classes sections. See Flex Scheduling - Staff Data.
- The Per (Period) column is now sorted by term, start time, then short title.
- A Total Stu field was added for each section which displays the Total from Scheduling Master (SMS.TS) or Master Schedule (MST.TS).
- The Max Seats field was added for each section which displays the Max (maximum students) from Scheduling Master (SMS.MX) or Master Schedule (MST.MX).
- If Total Stu exceeds Max, the Total Stu value is displayed in bold red font.
- A Total Sections count was added to the subtotal footer row which displays the total number of sections for the staff member.

Link Counselor in Counseling Record to Staff table
Current the Counselor field in Aeries is free text. We would like to request that this is a dropdown link to the Staff field to ensure accurate data that can be queried.

The Counselor field is now a drop-down list allowing users to select staff from the Staff table (STF) and save the selected staff ID to the new CNF.SID field. A user can also type an ID or name in the Counselor field, and that value will be saved to the original counselor field (CU).

In a Flex school, attendance for student's is not cleared by the No Show process.

Query Letters - Letters written in the Russian language displayed extra spaces on the PDF report, fixed. Note: Microsoft's Calibri font, which is part of the Windows default font set, is required for proper Russian language rendering.

Add section number to the attendance page for Flex Scheduling schools
The attendance page for flex schools currently displays flex period, time, and course name. When there is a change of section/teacher but the course and time stays the same, there is no way to distinguish between the sections if attendance was taken by the wrong teacher.

Student Data > Attendance - For schools using Flex Scheduling, the following features were added to enhance functionality:
The Options button was added which opens a window providing the following settings:
Show Flex Period Time - If selected, the period start and end times are displayed in H:MM format. The setting remains saved even after leaving the page or logging out of Aeries.
Show Teacher - If selected, the teacher names are displayed.
The section number is now displayed next to each course.
The current date is highlighted in yellow.

Allow parents to access Video SSRs in the Portal
ETS is now making personalized video SSRs available (for a fee) to Districts. They would like to be able to have the parents access them in the Parent Portal, similar to how they can access the printed Score Reports (SSR)

We have created documentation on how to indicate a student who has met your local requirements, so they can be identified later when it is time for graduation. - Scheduling Process > Flex SMS Board - When using the Print function on this page, the options specified for the current display of the Flex SMS Board are now honored, and the currently-displayed periods are pre-selected by default. Previously the last selected periods from the Print Scheduling Master Schedule Board report were pre-selected by default. Also, if the Teacher is unassigned on the Flex SMS Board, the teacher is now printed as "Unassigned" on the report. See Flex Scheduling - Flex SMS Board.

AP Student Data file for Schools and Districts 2022 Layout Format
The AP Student Data file for Schools and Districts 2022 Layout Format has recently been posted to the College Board public site. It appears that the changes made to the file layout will have no impact on the Import Test Results process at this time. The existing AP Test Results - SY:2016/17 - 2020/21 file layout can be used to import the current data and the new data after July 2022. Independent Study Mgmt WPE Teacher View - Adjust for flex
The Independent Study Management page on the WPE Teacher View tab does not display the course information under Class Option for the logged in teacher in a flex or section staff school. Adjust this feature to look at the Section Staff in Flex Schools.

Create an Attendance Enrollment Management Page
We need a page for when students go on independent study as a result of short-term quarantine that allows us to mass update groups of students in and out of attendance programs and updates their attendance program status on both the attendance enrollment and the student program in the demographics page. It's super tedious to individually click to change the status for each child each time they are temporarily online.

The page allows selected students to be updated with an array of filters and gives the ability to apply program changes, teacher changes for elementary schools, leave and enter dates, and exit reasons which will be applied to the relevant student tables. Cal Grant - Add option to print Legal or Preferred Student Name
For our students who have legal name hidden, the Cal Grant GPA Export run from Aeries is only showing preferred name which does not not matching the Cal grant application (legal name) and therefore those students are not considered for or eligible for financial aid. Please add an option on what name to print.
30 votesHello, a fix for this issue was released on 1/11/2024. Here are the revision notes:
School Info > Imports and Exports > Cal Grant GPA Export - The Print Student Legal Name option was added allowing users with permission to the Legal Student Information table (LSI) to include the legal name and gender in the extract file, and to print the legal name in the GPA Listing report, if populated. Otherwise the preferred name and gender are extracted. Gender is no longer included in the report.
