Allow URLs to be posted using the Briefcase feature instead of requiring actual file uploads
This would be great for schools using Google Docs. Currently, only actual files are allowed to be associated with an assignment. Schools using Google Docs have no easy way of associating their files to particular assignments.

I was super excited that this got tagged as "planned" so quickly. It seems like a relatively simple fix... Where are we on this?
