TREx Export - Add TestName for ARR Transcript.
TestName in the documentation for AAR is not included but it really should be since assessment data is more meaningful/usable with it

Make Staff ID (STF.ID) editable
We have a need for the staff id (STF.ID) to be editable. I understand that it is linked to many tables but I am hoping that logic can be created that would update all related tables when STF.ID is edited.
2 votesThe Staff ID field (STF.ID) is not editable because it is a unique identifier (primary key) for a staff member, so we do not plan to add any functionality to edit it at this time. This is similar to course IDs which cannot be changed. What can be done is a new staff record could be created and then all references to the old staff ID be changed if absolutely necessary.

Active teachers in table
Only show ACTIVE teachers when looking at the teachers listed in the teacher table. Have a box to include inactive as an option
1 voteThanks for your feedback! We will soon be discontinuing the Teachers table in favor of our new Section Staff and Flex Scheduling model which utilizes Staff data. This will not be an issue since the Staff page already supports filtering for active staff members.

Multi-colored Flags
I recommend having multi-colored flags for different alerts, i.e. yellow flag = health; red flag = court orders; blue flag = SPED, orange flag = extreme behavior, etc.
All flags should show up next to the students picture no matter what screen you are on.

Online Enrollment - match to Previous Year Databases
We would like the ability for the Online Enrollments Import Process to look through previous year's databases. Parents who had kids attend a school many years prior, but their records never moved to the Inactive School, are not able to be matched to an existing record. This means the district has to manually add the student without using Online Enrollment.
1 voteThank you for your idea. The use of an inactive school is a recommended procedure in Aeries. If there are students not in the inactive school, it may be prudent to work with our support team to do a one-time cleanup process to move all missing students to the current year inactive school.
