Staff Need Teacher Fields for Flex Scheduling SMS Builder
Customer is asking for adding the TCH fields that are auto populated to the SMS builder to the STF table. i.e. Room number, Class Max, Max Day, Lo/Hi grade

Scheduling Info - See Staff Scheduling Information.
- Staff - The Staff Scheduling Info section was added for section staff schools, allowing users to track school-specific information such as room number and max students per period. The data is stored in the SSI table.
- Flex SMS Board - The Room and Max fields are now populated automatically with Staff Scheduling Information (SSI) when using the Add Class button or the SMS Builder.
- Master Schedule - When saving a primary teacher in the Section Staff Members section, the Room and Max fields are now populated automatically with Staff Scheduling Information (SSI).
- Scheduling Master - When saving a primary teacher in the Section Staff Members section, the Room and Max fields are now populated automatically with Staff Scheduling Information (SSI).

Allow Flex Periods and Class Calendar to have Linking Capability
Linking the Flex Periods and Flex Calendars so that when selecting one the other is attached. Districts could link or choose not to link based on how they are building their schedules. This just makes good sense and eliminates repetitious data entry.

- Attendance Accounting > Configuration > Flex Periods - The Associated Class Calendar field was added allowing users to associate a Flex period with a class calendar within the same school year. This new field was added for future development that will be used in conjunction with the Scheduling Master Schedule page. See Flex Scheduling - Flex Periods.

Add a Flex Scheduling Anomaly Report
Add a report that looks for scheduling build anomalies. For example, any section that is missing a Flex Period or Class Calendar.

Scheduling Process > Scheduling Process Dashboard > C. Scheduling Master Schedule Error Report: This report is now available to assist flex schools when building master schedules. This report will display errors found in the Scheduling Master Schedule (SMS) table. This report can also be accessed under Reports > Scheduling > Scheduling Master Schedule Errors Report (Flex). Progress Report by Student - add STU.ID
Currently the Progress Report by Student displays STU.SN. We want to use the Secure Document feature in Aeries Communications to distribute progress reports to students, and in order to do so the document must contain either STU.ID or STU.CID.
Ideally, the STU.ID would appear in a consistent location on each progress report. The simplest way to accomplish this would be to add a line between the title and the date, and print the student ID there (centered).

Adding students not in your class to a gradebook in Flex Scheduling
We're using Flex Scheduling this year. In all years past when teachers go to add students “not in your class”, there is an option to search by class. Now it says unassigned and it pulls up every student in our school. This appears to be because it is reading from the Teacher table and not MST.

Transcripts - A new Section School (HIS.SSC) field was added and is visible by clicking More. The new field was automatically populated for existing records based on data in the School Taken (HIS.ST) field for all records which have a valid section number (HIS.SE > 0).
Copy Grades to Transcripts
- The Populate School Taken with Home School option was added. (6903 - California Specific) (JS)
- Processes that create new transcript records will now populate the Section School field when the existing Section field is populated: (6903 - California Specific) (JS)

In a Flex Daily Section Staff school using Primary Class Tracking, allow a non-Primary Teacher to Load Grades from Gradebook from a shared gradebook. Currently they can only load their own gradebooks into Standard Based Grades

Pre-Referral Interventions Dropdown Style
We would like the Interventions tab in Pre-Referral Interventions to be like the Accommodations tab of the 504 page. We have a large list of Pre-referral interventions and to have them in a drop down list is crazy long and hard to use. It would be much easier if it could be separated by a type category.
