This clarification message was added to the SUN Bucks communcation pieced linked earlier, so we are adding it here to maintain consistency as to our plans:
-----------------
There seems to still be some confusion, so we are clarifying out intended actions, as many comments added to this idea cover a wide variety of requests:
We are planning development during the current quarter to make specific upgrades to allow recording in Aeries which students were designated as Free or Reduced based on the UBA (and not the NSLP Application) via a new Source Code. Also, in the same way that districts can make the NSLP application available for download in the parent portal, a customized UBA could also be uploaded into the Parent Portal so they can access it to fill out.
The actual collecting of the UBA, analyzing the responses, assigning the status to a student, and conducting audits would…

Hello, we wanted to let you know that this item is being actively researched so it can be brought forward for development. We are seeking clarification from the CDE to determine the scope of this work. Be advised the solution will require the use of the single-column enhanced transcripts in order to allow room for the visual printing of the seal(s). We will alert you when development is ready to be scheduled.

We’re actively working on new Attendance Recovery enhancements, including a new Attendance Recovery Bank (ARB) data structure, calculation logic, and a read‑only ARB page to improve visibility of recovered and recoverable absences. Users will still need to manually apply ADA Make‑Up codes to absences for recovery to occur. These updates establish the foundation for future Attendance Recovery improvements.

In addition, we would like both teachers to show up on Dashboards in the Parent and Student Portals. Right now, only the primary teacher shows up. The teacher that is co-teaching doesn't get any notifications from parents or district staff regarding their students.

I have to set up all TOSA's, Teacher Librarians, EL support monitors, Dual Language monitors, etc. 2 separate accounts just so they can run class rosters and student summons. It would really make permissions much easier if we can give teachers these options.

This is very important for us. We often have court orders for more than one contact associated with a student. Only one entry shows up under the flags list so the other legal requirements are not listed and harder for staff to find in an emergency.

By law, we have to import test score letters from Amira into the SIS to provide parent access. Importing letters one by one is not a viable option.
