The reason we need it directly pulled from SEIS and housed in the Test Settings Accommodation page is to prevent any overrides when exporting from Aeries and importing into TOMS. If we export test settings from Aeries and it's different than what is in SEIS, it will override SEIS' testing accommodations. Since Special Ed data is monitored in SEIS and not in Aeries. We want the most up-to-date data in Aeries from SEIS. We tried skipping students based on our user code and the CSE.SWD field for the Test Settings Accommodation export from Aeries. The problem is that the user code is not the most reliable or up-to-date and the SWD field is not always imported from CALPADS. Our EL coordinator who started this process immediately noticed we were still including SpEd students with the Keep/Skip query used for the Aeries Export and overriding their SEIS Testing Accommodations when it was imported to TOMS.

We are tracking info from the CDE on what the changes for Attendance Accounting will be for the various types of instruction covered by AB 176. As soon as we have all the information they intend to collect, and what the draft audit guidelines are, we can begin development on what changes we need to make for the upcoming school year, to be sure our customers can track the information needed for this reporting.

This request can be similar to the inactive/retired status in the Update Code table.
This would allow the code to no longer be seen in the dropdown of choices but still available for historical purposes.
