    Playing around I did see that I could list the CBS to get a hold of the batch id I would want.
    Then I could list the specific batch I needed by limiting it to the batch id. Listing out the basics, date, student id sent date letter part etc. – set aside to an excel.
    Pull the basic student data they want – name Grid Code, sped, counselor, etc
    Then match the 2 spreadsheets on student id. –

    Where parent email is displayed using the header option "contacts", redirect to display the primary contact email(s). We have been phasing out the single email as so many students are part of split households as encouraged by Aeries.

    This would be extremely helpful since importing pgm records results in fatal calpads errors as program services is blank. Since many students qualify for this program for various reasons, this is a very time intensive process to update the program record.
