We've just shipped the final set-up piece to allow the creation of the SUN Bucks Supplemental Submisison extract. The final piece, the EDCS extract itself, is in development, and will be released as soon it passes final testing..
- Code Translations: Added support for NSLP Source Code (FRE.SRC) mappings in CALPADS Code Translations. Districts can now map local NSLP source codes to EDCS fixed codes. This new mapping will be used for supporting Sunbucks. See Prepping for Supplemental SUN Bucks Collection (SSBC) via EDCS.

4/2/26 - Recent updates to Attendance Recovery
Yesterday’s release contained quite a few items related to Attendance Recovery that we wanted to bring to your attention:
- We’ve updated our Workflow AR document to make it clear about new set-up tasks that must be completed in order for the process to function properly.
- A new District Setting for ADA Make-Up has been added and must be defined in order to enable this new functionality.
- A new field (ATT.AMU) has been added to store Attendance Minutes Utilized when ADA Make-Up is applied for Attendance Recovery.
- Minutes will be auto-calculated based on the student's Special Ed Alternate Minimum Day, school type, or grade level, depending on which applies.
- We will be adding a process soon to automatically update the ATT.AMU field for any existing absences previously recovered via AR.
- We’ve added the Attendance Recovery Bank page that provides a read-only view of each…

The ability to copy student to summer schools by school or school types are very important. The reason is TK-5, MS, and HS summer school teams operate independently and they have different timeline from other school types Thank you.

We are actively exploring an authentication solution that will support this request. As soon as this item has officially moved to the development phase, we will update the idea accordingly so you are aware of the anticipated quarter of release.

We have several TK/K students where parent/guardian changed the grade level and unfortunately our sites didn't catch these when importing the enrollment.

Yes, please add an option in AIR to prevent parent/guardian from changing the default grade level. We have a few instances where students were placed in the wrong grade level class and the issue was not caught in time. Thank you.

Yes, this is a great enhancement if we can query the Declined survey population. In addition, please consider adding a field/tag to identify those that previously declined the income survey, allow them to go back to submit the survey. The reason is some families do not know or forget that their students may qualify for many services if they do the income survey. Thank you.

Yes, please add this feature because we do have students who attend only partial day per their IEP accommodations.

May I ask if any district have tried using InformK12 to collect UBA data?
