Standards Based Progress Dashboard - Display Current Term Marks on y-axis and on Gradebook Details > Standards
Modify the y-axis on the Standards Based Progress Dashboard to display the current term Mark values when the Portal Option > Grades > "Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks)" is set to True.

Scheduling Master Schedule Board report: add visual cue for Class Linked sections
On the Flex SMS Board, a visual cue is displayed to highlight sections with Class Links. It would be nice if Class Linked sections were identified in some way on the Scheduling Master Schedule Board report. At minimum, a cell border. If the Class Link number could fit, that would be great.

View All Reports > Scheduling Master Schedule Board report: This report now includes an option to Include Class Link (SMS.CL) to the printed report.
Scheduling Process > Flex SMS Board: When clicking the Print button, the report will now include the Class Link values stored in SMS.CL.

Adjust PFT error report to remove Body Composition errors
The Body Composition (Height/Weight/BMI) data is not being collected for the current SPRG22 administration. If the Body Composition Fields are not selected on the set up page, there should be a way to run PFT Error reports without these warnings. An option to hide these specific warnings instead of hiding ALL warnings should be added similarly to the option to Hide Race/Ethnicity Warnings.

- Student Demographics: The Student Legal Gender field (LSI.GN) is now a dropdown menu on the Student Demographics page and uses the same fixed code set as Student Gender field (STU.GN).
- School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts: On the Code Translations tab, the code set previously named Gender (STU.GN) has been renamed to Gender (STU.GN and LSI.GN). This unified code set now supports translation of Non-Binary to 'X', ensuring accurate CALPADS reporting.

Do not display the Standards Based Valid Marks for Mark Type 4 (Check Mark) and and Mark Type 5 (Other Comment 1-5) on the Final Marks page for the the SBG Gradebooks.

Reports > Master Schedule Board - At schools using Flex Scheduling, the Flex Periods to Print button is now displayed instead of the Start Time drop-down option. The new button opens a list of existing Flex periods, including title and start/end times, allowing the user to select up to ten periods to print. This feature is also available when using the Print Board button on the MST Board page. See Flex Scheduling - Master Schedule Board.

SBG Gradebooks - GBS.MK Numeric when Portal Option "TeachersWillUseSTNMarkTypesInGradebooks" is True and GBK.SD is blank
Since 12/1/2022 if these conditions are met:
-SBG gradebook
-in schools with the above Portal Option on
-gradebook does not have an Overall Standard selected, and
-assignments have Standards and Input by Standard is selectedthen the GBS (Gradebook Assignment Score) records are saving numeric values as the Mark rather than the translated SBG Mark

CALPADS Extracts - The SPRG extract now provides multiple extract files consolidated into a single zip file due to import process changes made by CALPADS. The sub-files are pre-pended with a three-digit number indicating the order in which they should be uploaded (e.g., 001, 002, 003, etc.)

Date Track LEP Indicator
The LEP indicator should become date tracked to assist with state reporting for students that are not LPAC'd until after the Fall PEIMS Snapshot Date.
3 votesFor Texas customers, STU.LF has shifted to PGM 148 for Emergent Bilingual and is date-tracked as Summer 2023. All known areas in the system have been updated to pull Emergent Bilingual data from that program card instead of STU.LF.
