Import Test Results - Dates and TA's are Incorrect for some iReady Imports
In certain cases, when importing the iReady data file, the Default Date and Default Testing Administration are incorrect and some student's TST and CST records will use this incorrect information as the date and testing administration for the newly imported record.

Gain and loss report by Primary teacher and/or primary class at flex elementary
Enhance the Gain and Loss Report to have the ability to run the report by primary teacher or primary class, which helps teachers reconcile the data. This would impact Flex elementary schools where primary class tracking is enabled.

Assertive Discipline Foster Youth
Please have Aeries show a red message for students who have an active 190 Special Program Record or active record in the Foster Details screen the same way that it does for students who have IEP information in the SpEd screen and 504 students. "Student with an IEP" but instead "Student is a Foster Youth". That would be a huge help to sites to know right when they're entering an Assertive Discipline incident that the student is a current Foster Youth & their social worker and/or attorney will need to be notified of the incident.

The description of "Do Not Contact" in the Notification Preferences field is misleading to some school staff who may not know (or forget) that this only applies to syncing data with ParentSquare. Please rename the 0 value in the NP field to something more accurate like "No Mass Notifications" and rename the field label to "Automated Notification Preferences."

- Student Data > Contacts: The description of "Do Not Contact" in the Notification Preferences field (CON.NP) was misleading to some school staff who may not know that this only applies to syncing data with ParentSquare. The CON.NP field has been relabeled to “Automated Notification Preferences” and the value 0 in the NP field dropdown has been relabeled to “0-No Mass Notifications”.

SBG Load from Gradebook - Treat Blank in SSE Gradebook Permission as F-Full
Issue: When Section Staff is used, teachers (primary and non-primary) need to have "Full" Gradebook Permissions in the SSE record (SSE.GBP) in order to Load Grades from Gradebook when adding Standards Based Grades to the Report Cards. If they merely have a blank in SSE.GBP then the Gradebooks will not be listed in Step 2 of the Load Grades from Gradebook process.

Student Demographics (TREx Export - Transcript) - The SPECIAL-EXPLANATION-CODE element in the Academic Session complex type was only extracted if entered on the Courses page (Course Characteristics table (CCH)). The element is now also extracted from Transcripts page (Course History Characteristics table (CHC)) if present for courses entered directly on the transcript. See TREx Field Mapping.

Currently when adding or editing a code on the CALPADS Code Translations page, it takes a very long time. The page needs to be adjusted to add a smart search and filters for codes and also enhance the performance time.

Allow "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" message to appear on Grade report cards without printing class rank
Ever since we stopped printing Class Rank on report cards, we also lost the ability to print the message "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" that used to appear next to GPA, even though the report still includes the asterisk "*".
We definitely do NOT want the Class Rank to show but could we get the "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" message back?

- Reports > Grade Report Cards - The * - Based on Cumulative Grades message was only displayed in the report card total section if Print Cumulative Class Rank was selected on the Grade Reporting Options page. Now the message is displayed if either Print Cumulative Class Rank or Print Grade Report Class Rank is selected on Grade Reporting Options when any Cumulative GPAs are selected to print.

Student Data > Enrollment History - When the enrollment Enter Date (ENR.ED) is added or changed for a student, the student School Enter Date field (STU.ED) is now automatically updated with the latest enrollment entry date that is not a code 440 Program or Grade Change.
No past data was changed. A future update will correct any missing or incorrect Schl Enter Dates. You may continue to use a Change query to set the STU.ED field when needed.
The STU.ED date field is used in the following features:
- Demographics - Export Student (TREx)
- Demographics - Update Attendance
- Transcripts
- PEIMS (Child Find extract)
- Gradebook > Assignments
- Reports > Students Actively Enrolled in Two Schools
- Reports > Students With Duplicate Enrollment
- Reports > Student Withdrawal Form
- Reports > Student Data Printout

CALPADS SENR extract - For E155 records, the Enrollment Exit Date in SENR is not pulling the last active day of school for the student when tracks are being used and the Calendar has *track vacation days. Honor tracks for the option "Auto-close enrollment (E155/E156).

School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts:
- The auto-close enrollment logic has been enhanced to extract the proper school end date, if the school uses tracks for the SENR extract process. Before the end date extracted for E155 records in schools using tracks was generating the date from the last day of the Calendar if the last day was a track vacation day. Now the date extracted will be the last actual day attended for the student.
- A message was added to the Enrollment Update tab to indicate if the 'auto-close enrollment' option on the Other Options tab is ON or OFF, making this more visible to the user.

- Student Import - Users can now extract a list of incoming registrations by clicking the Export to Excel button. - See Aeries Online Enrollment Importing Students
- The Student Name column includes Enrollment ID.
- The Registration Date can be formatted in Excel to include the time of day when the registration was completed. The default format is MM/DD/YYYY, but the user can change the column format in Excel to use a custom format such as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS.
- The link to edit the Online Enrollment Settings is now hidden for users without permissions to edit School Options.

TX: Summer PEIMS - New Code Table C235 for E1596: Associate Degree Indicator
Beginning with the Summer PEIMS Submission for 23-24, TEA is requiring districts to report the actual associate degree the student earned using coding off of the new C235 table. This will be reported for students who completed an Associate's Degree in 11th or 12th grade.
