Hello, I wanted to let you know that this item has been completed and it was released in the update 10/22/2024. Here are the relevant release notes:
- Student Data > Programs > Language Assessment - Under BIL/ESL Placement Authorization, the Code field drop-down list now includes both the code and description. Previously only the description was listed.

For Transcript Enhanced-1-Column Style for the Graduated date it currently is MM/YYYY colleges want a graduation date MM/DD/YYYY. Please change the date to be MM/DD/YYYY instead of just MM/YYYY

Transcripts Definition - The Graduation Date Format field was added under Design Options allowing schools to select whether to print the graduation date in short format (MM/YYYY) or long format (MM/DD/YYYY) when running Student Transcripts report. Print Flex SMS Board - When adding a section to the Flex SMS Board if no Teacher is selected for the section it displays on the Flex Board under "Unassigned" but when you print the Board it does not display
1 voteHello, a fix for this issue was released on 9/17/24. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Scheduling Process > Flex SMS Board - When using the Print function on this page, the options specified for the current display of the Flex SMS Board are now honored, and the currently-displayed periods are pre-selected by default. Previously the last selected periods from the Print Scheduling Master Schedule Board report were pre-selected by default. Also, if the Teacher is unassigned on the Flex SMS Board, the teacher is now printed as "Unassigned" on the report. See Flex Scheduling - Flex SMS Board.

Independent Study Mgmt WPE Teacher View - Adjust for flex
The Independent Study Management page on the WPE Teacher View tab does not display the course information under Class Option for the logged in teacher in a flex or section staff school. Adjust this feature to look at the Section Staff in Flex Schools.

Adjust the CALPADS SPRG Extract when using FRE options
Adjust the SPRG extract file when using the "SPRG w/o FRE" or "SPRG only FRE" options to populate the file name and the Record Type Code with "SPRG_OTH" instead of "SPRG".
This will cause the file to error out when uploading to CALPADS and prevent clearing out existing program data in CALPADS.
Change file name extension and records in the file: to the following:
'SPRGOTH' when using the "SPRG w/o FRE" option

CALPADS Extracts, Enrollment Data Files - In order to prevent accidental deletion of CALPADS data, the SPRG extracts generated with the SPRG w/o FRE or SPRG only FRE options selected have been adjusted to generate with different file names and record types. This will ensure that the file will not be submitted to CALPADS. Only the full SPRG file should be submitted.

Add the Reason Leave Code to the Withdrawal Form
Please add the Leaver Code to the "Reason for leaving" field on the Withdrawal Form. For example, instead of printing "Homeschooling", we would like to see "60 - Homeschooling".
Adding this code will help clerks work through properly coding leaver data. Thank you!

In a Flex Daily Section Staff school using Primary Class Tracking, allow a non-Primary Teacher to Load Grades from Gradebook from a shared gradebook. Currently they can only load their own gradebooks into Standard Based Grades

Pre-Referral Interventions Dropdown Style
We would like the Interventions tab in Pre-Referral Interventions to be like the Accommodations tab of the 504 page. We have a large list of Pre-referral interventions and to have them in a drop down list is crazy long and hard to use. It would be much easier if it could be separated by a type category.
