Mass email transcripts to students
Ability to select multiple students to generate transcripts then push a button to deliver each one to the correct student email.
1 voteIf the district has it enabled, parents are able to print student transcripts from the parent portal.
We would recommend sending out an email to students alerting that this is available online.

Hide modules that don't apply to the district / schools
There are certain sections/modules within Aeries that we just don't use - it would be really nice to be able to have a page that lets us indicate which modules we'd like to hide from view - either by district or school or both.
For example:
In the Analytics section - we are a K-8 district, so nothing having to do with AP tests or SAT scores needs to be displayed.
One of our schools uses Grades / one uses SBG. Why do both sections display for both schools?
We don't use Supplemental Attendance, Financials, Service Learning, or District Assets…
1 voteGeneral Aeries users will not see a page or feature within Aeries unless they have appropriate permissions to that page or feature. Security can be applied at either the group or individual user level.

Fees and Fines link to District Assets
Fees and Fines are not automatically set to show District Assets unless you add them in. You have to look in both places to make sure all fees are inputted and/or check them off for returns.
1 voteThe Fees and Fines page currently displays the asset barcode and title, if that asset was associated with the fee at the time the fee was added.

I would like to be able to run a class roster report for Alt Ed scheduling that shows the actual course name.
Please include teacher name, actual course name, and the students enrolled in that course.
1 voteIf you select the following options when printing a Class Roster, the actual Course Name will display.
Sort – “Teacher/Period”
Sort – “Course Name, Student”
Option – “Print Course with Student” -
Access to Activities (community service) and Awards
If students could access its own tab named Activities and Awards in a section in the Student Portal. They could track their own community service and award.

Aeries times out too quickly and then takes forever to reload. It seems the timeout is set 1 min. Can the timeout be more like 30 minutes?
Lengthen the amount of time before Aeries times out and then takes forever to re-load. I probably spend 30 minutes per day just waiting for Aeries to reload after it has timed out.
1 voteTypically the default timeout is 20 minutes, however in some cases your Aeries Administrator at your district can adjust this or work with our support team to adjust if necessary.

Teacher Attendance - display fields STU.SG from MST
Allow additional fields to display to teacher such as STU.SG and STU.CG on the teacher attendance page so that if we are using those fields for Hybrid cohorts, we don't have to additionally tag kids on the STU page.

You can view the documents before importing the student into the database,
On the Import page next to the student name in the list of enrollments there is a View button to the right of the Find Matches button. Clicking on the View button will bring up the Confirm page. Towards the bottom of the Confirm page is a Documents Upload area that allows you o preview the uploaded documents. -
Automate the Grade Alert Threshold SQL DB Year
Automate current manual process to update the SQL Process for Grade Alert Thresholds - auto update during rollover process

Update Google password from student portal account
Use the Google API to update a student's password in Google when it is changed in their student portal account, similar to G Suite Password Sync for AD.

Report for Students with Same Name and Similar Name
There used to be a report in Aeries CS called Students with Same Name. It was very helpful to identify those students, especially at the beginning of a new school year. Please add it to Aeries Web.

Parent/Student Portal Filtering Gradebook by Standard for Elem w/MST setup
Hi, I have been testing with the setup and operatoins of an Elem w.MST database for our elementary sites and I know that teachers can set up one gradebook for their Core Subject and then they can make assignments and input a specific standard or multiple standards for each assignment which willl then average and load progress grades by standard during grading cycles. Teachers can then filter by standard on the scores by class page to see students progress by standard, but I do not see that parents or students have that capability in their parent/student portal when viewing their…
1 voteParents and Students in the Parent Portal do have a way to view Rubric Standards Based gradebook scores by standard. They can go to the Standards Based Progress Dashboard and click on the View Details or View Related Standards buttons to see more information. Notifications for Recent Changes in App
Add an option for notifications with recent grade changes or updates in the Aeries App. (ie if an assignment has a grade change or when an assignment has completed grading, notify the user).
1 voteBoth the Android and iOS apps have a “Home” screen that includes Recent Changes to Gradebook Assignments within the last week, and Upcoming Assignments for the following week (current day inclusive).

IEP Accommodations on SPED Tab
At this time, the only place accommodations are given a spot is in 504s and the Testing Accommodations for IEPs. However, the accommodations that teachers need to be able to see also include those on the IEP at-a-glance. Being able to provide teachers with an at-a-glance set of information for students would be highly helpful. Teachers do not need to know the testing accommodations in the same way that the school would for state testing reasons. Referrals for Intervention Pending Status
Is there a way to add a code of Pending so that the teachers know they are working on it but it has not been approved or denied.

New Form - Gradebook by Teacher
Currently there is Grades by class
Our Admin Staff would like to View Gradebook scores per-class on a form, without the ability to emulate Gradebook.
** Especially for remote-learning, they want to see on a class-view who/what is getting graded and with what rigor **

Add a COPY button to the Interventions screen - similar to the one on the Counseling page.
