Financials - All references to the Target Date field FTS.TD were removed, as this date was removed from Livingtree. This change solves a sync issue. See Introduction to Aeries Financials documentation.

CALPADS SPRG process - Adjust Program Start/End Dates to Enrollment Dates when CALPADS 504 option is de-selected
When the CALPADS option SPRG 504 Plans: Extract as an eligibility program with the program start date is de-selected, it should be analyzing enrollment dates and using enrollment Start and End dates instead of dates from FOF table if an FOF record exists and spans across school years.
Currently, there is no logic to handle programs that span across different school years. An example would be a FOF records that spans from 09/22/2022 to 09/11/2023 or from 12/5/2022 to 12/5/2023

Add LANG-99 to hard-coded values in Courses > California Specific Fields > Crs Content Subcategory
In Courses > California Specific Fields > Crs Content Subcategory, add LANG-99 (from the CALPADS Code Sets) to the hard-coded choices in the dropdown menu.

Daily Enrollment/Dates (CSR) Report
For Primary Class Tracking schools, the report now prints the primary teachers for each student.
For Primary Class Tracking schools, the report is now visible in Aeries navigation. -
Daily Enrollment by Teacher Report - For Primary Class Tracking schools, options were added for printing Narrow, Wide, and For One Month.
The primary teacher name and staff ID are now displayed at the top of the report below the teacher name.

Adding students not in your class to a gradebook in Flex Scheduling
We're using Flex Scheduling this year. In all years past when teachers go to add students “not in your class”, there is an option to search by class. Now it says unassigned and it pulls up every student in our school. This appears to be because it is reading from the Teacher table and not MST.

Class Attendance Page – The lunch counts now support staff section schools. Further programming will be done to add this function to the Teacher Portal Attendance page and also handle teachers more elegantly when a section has no students.

Language Assessment - Retitle Redesignation Date Field to RFEP
To be in alignment with CALPADS verbiage, rename the Redesignation Date field in the Language Assessment table to RFEP Date. Currently the EL and IFEP Dates are in alignment.

Ability to have both Standards Based Grading and Regular Grading in a K-8 School with period attendance.
We have a K-8 School that uses period attendance. The k-3 students only have 1 teacher for period 0. They would need to enter grades using Standards based Grading. However the remainder of the school grades 4-8 use regular grading. We would like the ability to offer both in one school based on grade level. The only alternative right now would be splitting the school up into 2 different school sites, which is a logistical nightmare for both reports, integrations, etc.

School Options
Options were added to allow doing both Elementary Standards Based Grading (SBG) and Secondary Grade Reporting (GRD) in the same school and to define the grades that each apply to. These options are for future use in Aeries. -
Weekly Instructional Minutes-Need to modify when sections are visible
Several issues with the display of sections for Weekly Instructional Minutes. It may be analyzing CAR to see if there are students in the class, but not analyzing the dates to see if they fall within that specific week.
1) Sections appearing for teacher before they actually begin (Spring sections showing in Fall)
2) Students starting midweek are not triggering the section to show.
3) Elementary without master schools also having issue with students not appearing in the prior weeks when they change teachers. Need to analyze dates in the ATT table for straight elementary schools.

Adjust the Import Test Results page to support importing i-Ready Diagnostic Results from a standardized CSV file. -
Copy ELPAC to LAC not including all parts from the test administration
ELPAC now coming in with different dates on sub-parts of the test. Same Testing Administration. Causing an issue with Copy ELPAC to LAC. Only taking the parts with the most recent date, so only copied one sub-test. Need to change the Copy ELPAC scores to LAC to copy all scores with common Test Admin, as determined by the most recent date.

Flex SMS Board - Ability to select Primary Teacher when adding a section
Currently on the Flex Scheduling board, when creating a section there is no ability to select the primary teacher. The current process of creating the section and going to scheduling master to add the primary teacher creates an unnecessary and time-consuming extra step, especially for people who are accustomed to working directly on the board.

Immunizations - Tdap 7th Grade Comment Box
In Aeries Immunization file --when you look from Tdap 7th all the way across to the far right--- all the other vaccines have a comment box to the right of the exemption and date columns. Can one be added for Tdap?

Co-Teacher for API / OneRoster - Teacher & Office Entry Access
With remote-learning, we are now in need of something to better sync our co-teachers, sub-teacher support staff, & instructional aides with our online learning platforms.
Is there a way to create a form accessible to both teachers & office staff ( users ) to allow adding an co-teachers & instructional aides to a class / section?
When tagged / added, it would add that user to the OneRoster / Aeries API syncs so they can be imported by our online platforms?

5 votesHello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 9/24/24. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Data > Demographics (Export button)
- The CPRMetDate element was renamed to CPRAEDMetDate due to changes in graduation requirements. The export now includes the CPRAEDMetDate for students who have an Activities and Awards record where the Type field (ACT.TY) is 5 and the Code field (ACT.CD) is G02 or G05, indicating that the student received instruction in both CPR and AED.
