This clarification message was added to the SUN Bucks communcation pieced linked earlier, so we are adding it here to maintain consistency as to our plans:

There seems to still be some confusion, so we are clarifying out intended actions, as many comments added to this idea cover a wide variety of requests:
We are planning development during the current quarter to make specific upgrades to allow recording in Aeries which students were designated as Free or Reduced based on the UBA (and not the NSLP Application) via a new Source Code. Also, in the same way that districts can make the NSLP application available for download in the parent portal, a customized UBA could also be uploaded into the Parent Portal so they can access it to fill out.
The actual collecting of the UBA, analyzing the responses, assigning the status to a student, and conducting audits would…

We need report totals so our staff can have the information in writing as soon as the report is generated, rather than having to manually find the sum. Please fix this.

It is very tedious creating placeholder sections for each of the CALPADs course attributes and the ask the scheduling staff to make sure they separate out the courses. Please find a way to code this information into the Course similar to how Subject Area is captured in an Alt Ed Scheduling situation.
