   This clarification message was added to the SUN Bucks communcation pieced linked earlier, so we are adding it here to maintain consistency as to our plans:

   There seems to still be some confusion, so we are clarifying out intended actions, as many comments added to this idea cover a wide variety of requests:

   
   

   We are planning development during the current quarter to make specific upgrades to allow recording in Aeries which students were designated as Free or Reduced based on the UBA (and not the NSLP Application) via a new Source Code. Also, in the same way that districts can make the NSLP application available for download in the parent portal, a customized UBA could also be uploaded into the Parent Portal so they can access it to fill out. 

   
   

   The actual collecting of the UBA, analyzing the responses, assigning the status to a student, and conducting audits would remain a district-function, in the same way that collecting, analyzing, and auditing NSLP applications currently are handled by the districts. Some may utilize their 3rd-party Nutrition Services vendor for these activities, such as collecting the NSLP applications electronically.

    TCH # 2 needs to create their own seating chart in Attendance by Photo.

    I think it is vital that Co Teachers have access to the Attendance by Photo screens. We have subs that come in for short term that have no idea who these students are and they should not have to create a NEW Attendance by Photo.
