CALPADS SPRG ODS - Enhance the reconciliation process for FRE records that need to be deleted.
In the SPRG ODS Reconciliation process, the records with a date that started prior to the first day of school but after 6/30 of the previous year are being closed 1 day before the enrollment start date causing the record to receive a GERR0005 error in CALPADS and will not post successfully. LEAs do not have ownership which is causing LEAs to have to manually clean up data, in some cases hundreds of records.12 votesHello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 5/21/2024 update. School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts - The SPRG reconciliation now allows Free & Reduced records to be deleted from CALPADS, instead of closed, when the record does not perfectly match a record in Aeries.

New UI: Notification that Students are being skipped needs to be enhanced & stay visible
In the new Aeries Interface after running a Keep/Skip in query, the notice to remind people that Student Records are being skipped does not stand out like it should. It should be in a BRIGHT impossible to miss color. Also, the notice needs to be located in the header so it is visible on any page that the user navigates to.

5 votesHello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 9/24/24. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Data > Demographics (Export button)
- The CPRMetDate element was renamed to CPRAEDMetDate due to changes in graduation requirements. The export now includes the CPRAEDMetDate for students who have an Activities and Awards record where the Type field (ACT.TY) is 5 and the Code field (ACT.CD) is G02 or G05, indicating that the student received instruction in both CPR and AED. - The FHSPDistingIndicatorCode element (TE104) is no longer extracted, as it was removed from the data standards by TEA.
- The export now includes the FHSPDistingLevelParticipant element (TE165) for students who have an Activities and Awards record where the Type field (ACT.TY) is 4, the Code field (ACT.CD) is DLA, and the Reason field (ACT.RS) is DLA-1, indicating that the student is pursuing the distinguished level of achievement program under FHSP. CRDC - Discipline Setup - Ability to add AND as a condition
We don't have a huge Suspendable Offense Code table and use A1-Phys/Inj/Fight (caused, attempted to cause, or threatened to cause physical injury to another person) for both actual fights & physical injury as well as threats. When I do the CRDC Discipline set up, there's no ability to put an AND condition to be able to include a user field to help separate the threats from the fights. So Physical Attack & Threats are getting over reported for CRDC because every A1 is getting counted for both. Currently it shows 114 physical injury & 92 Threats. Being able to add…

- Demographics - When the user clicks the Import button, a pop-up window is no longer displayed providing users the option to import from Online Enrollment or TREx. Now, clicking Import opens the Aeries Online Enrollment - Student List page allowing users to select a student who enrolled via Aeries Online Enrollment. The From TREx option was removed, as this feature is not currently supported. See Demographics.

In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned
A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.

Scheduling > Scheduling Master Schedule Error Report (Flex): A new report option, Print MST Errors, was added to identify errors in the MST table. When Print MST Errors option is selected, the report header will display Master Schedule Error Report (Flex). The following error validations will apply:
- Missing Flex Period: Section is missing MST.FSQ.
- Invalid Flex Period: Flex Period does not match the school year based on LOC.E.
- Missing Class Calendar: Section is missing MST.CSQ.
- Invalid Class Calendar: Class Calendar does not match the school year based on LOC.E.
- Missing Primary Teacher: No SSE record with PR = 1.

CALPADS Other Options Race Intentionally left blank should pull for SDEM
Adjust the SDEM extract to use the 'Race Intentionally Left Blank' option when STF race fields have this designated tag. Currently, the CALPADS option is only used for Students. Adjust this field to honor Staff too.

School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts (Fall 2 and EOY tabs) (SDEM) - The SDEM extract now honors the “Race Intentionally Left blank indicator” on the CALPADS > Other Options tab. The extract sets the Staff Race Missing Indicator to Y if the Race field on the Staff page (STF.RC1) is set to a code that is translated to 'Race Intentionally Left Blank." See Race/Ethnicity documentation.

Retain Ed-Fi page selections when switching pages
When switching between Ed-Fi pages, please retain the selections. Have to reselect the configuration when switching between code mappings and sync testing, every time.
