  1. Gradebook Final Marks - Hide Checkmark and Other Comments 1-5 from Final Marks in SBG Gradebooks

    Do not display the Standards Based Valid Marks for Mark Type 4 (Check Mark) and and Mark Type 5 (Other Comment 1-5) on the Final Marks page for the the SBG Gradebooks.

    Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 7/2/2024 update.


    Here are the Revision Notes:


    Reports > Master Schedule Board - At schools using Flex Scheduling, the Flex Periods to Print button is now displayed instead of the Start Time drop-down option. The new button opens a list of existing Flex periods, including title and start/end times, allowing the user to select up to ten periods to print. This feature is also available when using the Print Board button on the MST Board page. See Flex Scheduling - Master Schedule Board.

    Hello, this bug has been resolved in the 06/22/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:

    CALPADS Extracts (California) - In some cases, the SINF extract did not include the correct race code when custom race codes existed, fixed.

  4. SBG Gradebooks - GBS.MK Numeric when Portal Option "TeachersWillUseSTNMarkTypesInGradebooks" is True and GBK.SD is blank

    Since 12/1/2022 if these conditions are met:

    -SBG gradebook
    -in schools with the above Portal Option on
    -gradebook does not have an Overall Standard selected, and
    -assignments have Standards and Input by Standard is selected

    then the GBS (Gradebook Assignment Score) records are saving numeric values as the Mark rather than the translated SBG Mark

    Hello, This has been completed in the 8/25/2022 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    CALPADS Extracts - The SPRG extract now provides multiple extract files consolidated into a single zip file due to import process changes made by CALPADS. The sub-files are pre-pended with a three-digit number indicating the order in which they should be uploaded (e.g., 001, 002, 003, etc.)

    Update the Test Settings and State Test Export Files pages to honor the "Student-Test-Assignment-Template-for-Batch-Upload-2022-23.xlsx" template.

  13. Students with Incomplete Class Schedules: update for Flex

    In some Flex schools, where the schedule is not complex and/or parallels the traditional 0-9 periods, this report would still be useful to find students who are missing section(s) in their schedule. Could the report be updated to work with Flex, even if the user had to input which Flex Periods or time range and which students to evaluate? Or could the report produce a list of students who have a 15/20/30/60 minute gap in their schedule? Or could this information be provided in some other way?

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that additional work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 3/11/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:


    Reports > Scheduling > Print Students with Incomplete Class Schedules (Flex): In Flex schools, this report has been adjusted to assist in identifying time gaps in the student's scheduled classes that might indicate their schedule is incomplete. The report now supports SMS/SSS option for identifying incomplete course requests. See Students with Incomplete Class Schedules (Flex)

  14. CALPADS SPRG ODS Delete File is Failing

    Since the CALPADS Post Redesign, the SPRG ODS Extract requested from CALPADS is missing the Academic Year and is causing the Aeries Delete files to fail when submitting to CALPADS. This is CALPADS Known Issue #6050. Programming will adjust the Aeries SPRG ODS Reconciliation Delete files and add the Academic Year to prevent the CALPADS Failed message and allow the records to post.

    CALPADS Extracts - For California customers, the SPRG ODS Reconciliation Delete transaction file was being rejected by CALPADS due to a missing Academic Year field, fixed.

    Activities and Awards - Under Performance Acknowledgement - College Readiness Assessments, additional codes were added for ACT and SAT thresholds scores, per recent updates to the Texas Administrative Code.
