  2. Add code 31 "GED" to Exit Reason on Attendance Enrollment and Enrollment History

    Texas customers would like to use the code 31 with description "GED" for movers. This code should be available in the dropdowns on the Attendance Enrollment page under Reason (ATT.RS) when ATT.CD = L (Ent/Lv) and on Enrollment History in the dropdown for ENR.ER (Exit Reason).

    Hello, this idea has been completed in the 8/18/2022 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
    Enrollment History - In the Exit Reason (ENR.ER) field, code 310 was created for TxCHSE (TxCHSE = Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency).

    Attendance Enrollment - In the Reason (ATT.RS) field, code 310 was created for TxCHSE (TxCHSE = Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency).

  3. SBG Report card Printing Options - Error in formatting

    SBG report card printing with option Return Address Block at the top, please move the top line (District Name) 3/4 " from Top of the page.
    The USPS requires this for the District name, school name, Address, City State and Zip to fit in the Window Envelope.

    Hello, this idea/bug has been completed in the 01/05/21 Out-of-Band update. Here are the Revision Notes:

    Standards Based Report Card – The two-column report card when using the Print Address Block Legal option did not properly fit the standard window envelope format, fixed.

  4. API POST records in WRL

    1. Regarding Gradebook pass-back into Aeries Gradebooks from Canvas, shouldn't there be a record of the transaction (presumably a POST record as opposed to all the GET records) for these transactions?
      Programming: Addressing issue (no ETA at this time)

    2. The only POST records I see in the WRL table are from a VND and TYP named, "Olympus." This name does not appear on my API security list. Can you clarify what this is?
      Answer: The Olympus entries are related to Aeries support logging and are internal to AeriesWeb.

    3. MOST of the GET transactions have a VND of, "None." The only identifiable…

  6. Mobile Parent Portal Attendance Page

    There is currently no Attendance Key. Also, "Present" code is in red and parents are confused by the color. They automatically assume is Absent. Perhaps changing it to green?

    Hello! This item was completed on 10/26/2020. The parents will be able to pick up this new feature to the Mobile Portal Attendance page by updating their Mobile Portal App from either the AppStore or the PlayStore. Here is the revision note: The Attendance screen now displays non-absences in green.

    CALPADS Extracts – The SELA extract now includes Adult Ed students.
    Language Assessment – The new Adult Ed Date field from LAC (LAC.AES) was added.
    SELA Conflict Report – The report now uses the new date field for ADEL students (LAC.AES).

    One Roster Extracts (CSV and API) : Student grade levels higher then 12 will be translated using XRF records for Keller ISD in TX.

    Student Assertive Discipline Report, there is not an option to choose whether you want to have a page break on each student. The report only prints one page per student. The customer needs the option to say No to one page per student, so that all students print on one page.

    Master Schedule - Codes 24 and 25 were added to the Local Assign Option field, which were provided by CALPADS. This field also now supports custom codes that can be translated for CALPADS reporting.

  18. Course Attendance - Need "Add" Button

    Currently the only way to get a record into the Crs Attendance (CAR) is to add a section via the Classes page. While you can edit (and remove) entries from the Crs Attendance page, you cannot add them.

    Being able to enter a section assignment with start/end dates would be very useful on the Crs Attendance page.

  20. Adjust Mobile App to display the same as the web portal when hiding overall percentage and not displaying the final mark

    When changing teacher Gradebook Options to "Hide the Overall Percentage" and to "Not show the Final Marks", the Mobile App shows NA and 0.0% on the Grades page. Adjust the field to display in the same manner as the Web Portal with a blank.
