Online Enrollment > Student Import - Auto-Populate Registration Date on Status Update from Deleted to Pending (Complete)
Partial (Incomplete) records that are deleted then are switched back to Pending (Complete) status are not able to be imported due to the Registration Date being blank. Auto-populate the registration date to allow successful imports.

- Student Import: Partial (Incomplete) records that are deleted and then switched back to Pending (Complete) status were previously unable to be imported due to a missing Registration Date. When restoring such records, the system will now automatically populate the Enroll Date (Registration Date) with today’s date and display a warning message. See Online Enrollment Importing Students.

StudentSectionAssociation entity extracting multiple KG Homeroom Sections
The StudentSectionAssociation entity is extracting multiple KG Homeroom Sections for students with multiple sections where the course has KG Service ID 01020000. When multiple sections with the KG Service ID exist in the student schedule, only the section with the lowest course sequence (CAR.SQ) is to be extracted.

- Medical Log > Billing Code: MED.BC field now allows 8-character codes in order to support ICD-10 billing codes. The field now shows code + description in the dropdown, and in reports. See Medical Log
- Database Definitions > MED: The Billing Code field (BC) on the Medical Events table (MED) has been adjusted from 6 characters to 8 characters to allow proper billing codes to be entered.

TX Final Year Mark: Enhance Final Grade Calculation for Year Long Courses with the Same Service ID for Multiple Courses
When calculating average marks, the system currently only considers one prior and one current GRD record per Service ID. It does not account for scenarios where multiple GRD records exist for the same Service ID—either multiple current or multiple past marks—potentially leading to inaccurate grade averaging. The Final Year Mark grading period calculation will now automatically calculate these additional scenarios:
- Year-long courses with the same Course Id (CRS.CN) and Service Id (CRS.SVC).
- Local courses with the same Course Id (CRS.CN) or Next Course (CRS.NC) with the same Service Id.

Enable ESI Table Rollover for TexasAssessment Access Codes
Currently, the ESI (External Student IDs) table does not roll forward during the New Year Rollover process. This causes the EID field (TexasAssessment access code) to be cleared, breaking Parent Portal SSO for historical state test results until new STAAR scores are imported.

CALPADS Extracts - Skip Special Program Code 135 Migrant in the SPRG extract
CALPADS will no longer accept Special Program code 135 Migrant in the SPRG extract file beginning in 2025-26 school year. Skip this program code when the SPRG is generated beginning academic year 2025-2026.

Update Aeries for TREx Performance Acknowledgment College Assessment Codes 8 - 12
Aeries documentation for TREx needs to be updated to include the new codes 8-12. These codes need to be included on Activities and Awards for Performance Acknowledgment College Assessment records and the codes need to be available on Texas State Reporting > Code Translations for appropriate translation of the Activities and Awards code to the TREx code required in the export file.

CAASPP Import Default Date
A brand-new process was created for ETS test imports, to allow the data file headers to inform the process, instead of relying on existing file layouts. However, that change will require an update to how the default date and testing administration is identified and displayed on the screen.

CALPADS Extract Should ALLOW LEAs to NOT Auto-Populate End Dates for SPRG Files
When districts generate SPRG files within the last 30 calendar days of the school year, the SPRG file created by Aeries will automatically close out all program records with the last day of school. The 'Do Not Extract Future Dates' does NOT apply to SPRG, it only applies to SENR. Aeries should allow DISTRICTS to determine if/when they auto-close program records in CALPADS prior to the end of school, similar to SENR records. Do not auto-close records prior to the end of the school year.

CAPSDAC - Staff Extract File Classroom Aide Role
The CAPSDAC Staff Extract file is not accurately extracting the classroom aide role unless the record is marked as a primary teacher. This would not be the case for any classroom aide. The teacher is always the primary teacher of the class. Adjust the logic so that the Classroom Aide will extract without relying on SSE.PR = 1 or SSE.PPR = 1.

Attendance History (AHS) not analyzing all tracks
Attendance History and Days Enrolled on the Attendance page are not matching. AHS Update uses legacy logic that only processes tracks A–F. When tracks beyond F are encountered (e.g., Q), the track value is zeroed and AHS falls back to generic holidays (HO) instead of the track‑specific holiday column (e.g., T17 for Track Q). Result: Days that should be excluded for Track Q aren’t excluded in AHS, inflating “Days Enrolled.”
