Residence Survey Audit - Custom Date not honored
In CA, for the Residence Survey Audit process, when the Custom Date option is selected and the Participation Date field is populated with a date value, the system is not honoring the Custom Date. Instead, the Date Submitted is being populated in the PGM table. Also, when the Date Submitted option is selected, only the Eligibility Start Date (PGM.ESD) should get populated. Currently, the process is populating both Eligibility (PGM.ESD) and Participation (PGM.PSD). The only time both of these fields should be populated is if the Custom Date is used, per documenation.
2 votesHello, this work item has been completed and was released on 9/30/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Info > Other > Residence Survey Audit: Previously, confirming a record using the Custom Dates option would populate both the Eligibility Start Date and Participation Start Date in the Program Record using the Date Submitted. Now, only the Eligibility Start Date will populate, using the Custom Date selected when confirming a record.

OFFN: Offenses
- OFFN-1: Offenses – Number of Incidents

CA Preschool Data Collection (CAPSDAC) - Extracts Needed
The 801-A submission is transitioning into CAPSDAC (California Preschool Data Collection System), which is a data collection that merges together the CDD 801a and data submitted to PLIS (Preschool Language Information System) and new fields.
For the time being, data will be concurrently submitted to the CDD-801A, PLIS and CAPSDAC. Eventually, the CDD-801a and PLIS will be phased out.
Can the Aeries Early Child Development page be reconfigured to include the 3 extracts needed for the CAPSDAC: Classroom, Staff, and Child information fields?

OneRoster: Limit Extract to include CON Records for Active Students only
In the Users.csv file produced by the OneRoster v1.1 Configuration's 'Run Now and Email' process, parent (PAT) records are being created even when the agentSourcedIds field is empty. Aeries Mobile App Error
We’ve been experiencing persistent errors for many middle school students' parents and guardians accessing the Aeries mobile app since the start of the year. In response, the Aeries support team advised us to redirect parents to use the browser instead of the app on their devices. Unfortunately, we don’t have an estimated time of resolution (ETA) for the issue. We were informed the Aeries leadership team is aware about the situation and was directed to follow up on the Aeries Ideas related to the support ticket.
3 votesHello, this issue appears to have been resolved in a previous update. If the issue occurs again, please submit an Aeries Support ticket.
