The subscore 1 data is meaningless to all people except IB and potentially the teacher. We need the meaningful score (the Test Grade Score) to be viewable on the student's transcript. People know how to interpret the 1-7 score for IB. They do not know how to interpret the sub score, as each sub score meaning differs by subject by year. That test score is used by IB not by the rest of us, Counselors prefer to reference the Test Grade Score on the student's transcripts.
