    Our schools are also requesting this feature. Teachers and staff would like to see the scheduling group included on attendance rosters and gradebook reports.

    My support for this idea originally had to do with testing. We used to create a report showing the students with aliases so the teachers knew who may need additional support logging in to TOMS (i.e. Sadie needs to login with her legal name of Xochitl). The excessive use of the field by parents rendered it useless for testing purposes though, so we recently abandoned that practice. This item is no longer a priority for us.

    Our teachers are requesting something along these lines, too. They want an easier way to identify students who were absent so they know who may be turning in assignments late.

    This would be nice. We always run the "Students Without Portal Accounts" and "Data Confirmation Status" reports as a package. I often have to present a report to Cabinet that shows how many students are missing portal accounts and how many students are missing data confirmation by site.
