    We are re-evaluating this idea to determine if the ASVAB scores can be imported into Aeries. We are gathering feedback from our customers that could help us move forward with this request.

    • What type of file is received, is it in a specific format. txt, csv, excel or does it have options?
    • Is there an option to receive information, such as a birthdate, and Last Name, First Name and Middle name in separate columns?
    • If your district can provide us a recent copy of the ASVAB results file received that comes directly from Military Testing, unaltered, please submit a ticket with the attached file so we can evaluate the data in the file.
    • Is only having the AFQT score imported enough? Do subgroups need to be included? Note that only the AFQT score is being collected in ECDS (i.e., the results for all sections are not being collected).

    Please add an option to the Basic Settings (admin program) to disable the grade level dropdown under "Please select a grade level to enroll this student in". Reason: Some parents override the grade level that Aeries selects in an attempt to cause the student to be retained in the same grade. This is not proper procedure and may not be caught at the time of the student import.

    Requesting this because adding a record manually to the GRD table via the Grades form after a new grade reporting cycle has been initialized does not place the student on the Grades by Teacher form because GRD.SH and GRD.LI are zero.
