If a parent submits an income survey response for one child in the Parent Data Confirmation (PDC) process then that response would apply to all associated siblings. This feature would be very helpful especially when a parent only completes the Income Survey for one child, but forget to complete the same information for other children. This would also eliminate the issue of multiple responses for a family as one child may show up as Free, another child as Reduced and another child as Not Eligible.
