Thank you for your idea. The use of an inactive school is a recommended procedure in Aeries. If there are students not in the inactive school, it may be prudent to work with our support team to do a one-time cleanup process to move all missing students to the current year inactive school.

I agree with this, I manage 12 different districts with up to 6-7 pages of permissions groups,. It would take me weeks to push out read only permissions to all those groups for the pervious year.
