   We use SWIS to help with PBIS. The ability to require fields in DIS would help clean data.
   We have enabled the Advanced Discipline and all the fields in the record, except Comment, are required for SWIS.

   There is no place for the guardian completing the registration nor the staff member importing the registration record to set this value.

   Guardians are not receiving notifications until the value is populated.
