Unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with this request until CALPADS makes changes in its system to allow SIS Vendors to access the API like the Special Ed Vendors can. While this enhancement is not currently on our roadmap, we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind for future consideration.

Please give us the option to populate the "Unaccompanied Youth" question in the Residence Survey Audit. Currently we are only provided a link the the program page once we Confirm that the family meets the program criteria. It would be great if that question could be included in the confirmation process and be part of the automation.
Making us go to the program screen to enter additional data required by CALPADS defeats the whole purpose of having the Survey audit screen. If I have to go to the program 191 screen for EVERY student to answer yes or no on the unaccompanied minor question, why not just go there in the first place and skip the audit screen altogether? Really, what time or keystrokes are saved by using the audit screen?
