    What is the update on this? Letters are being created for students who were no shows or inactive in the school. It's a waste of time, paper etc when schools are already low on staff and money.

    It is very important to us. with so much movement and 44 schools, it is printing letters in schools where students moved out of or left the district month of.

    So, a no show student who never stepped foot in the school also comes in the report because he was suspended in another school.

    Student was a no-show ( never set foot in the school ) and is showing in the discipline record report because he got suspended in another school.

    We have two Long Term Independent Schools and it is unfair to ask one Attendance clerk to do one student at a time or do multiple students for one date. Too much work for staff:(

    It should only have counselor name in the drop down. At present their is the whole staff lists and we have staff with exactly the same first and last name.

    Aeries should use Non-Classroom based Job assignment code 0400 for Counselor dropdown as it is the state code. Pupil Service is the bigger umbrella and includes other assignments besides counselor. We do not to psychologists etc in counselor dropdown.
