There needs to be one option to select that will hide all the tables associated with Scheduling/Teachers from Parents during Data Confirmation. Currently, we are having to go in and individually remove view access to the ATT, SEC, CAR, GRD and GBS tables for the Parent and Student Portals, in hopes that MAYBE parents won't see schedules prematurely. Oh and we have to update that site-by-site because all our sites are a tiny bit different. It is very cumbersome so, considering Data Confirmation has been a thing for a while, I feel this option is WAY overdue.

There's another Idea for allowing printing of 1 per page for locator cards that you have not combined with this one and and it has 9 votes. We are re-evaluating this idea to determine if the ASVAB scores can be imported into Aeries. We are gathering feedback from our customers that could help us move forward with this request.
- What type of file is received, is it in a specific format. txt, csv, excel or does it have options?
- Is there an option to receive information, such as a birthdate, and Last Name, First Name and Middle name in separate columns?
- If your district can provide us a recent copy of the ASVAB results file received that comes directly from Military Testing, unaltered, please submit a ticket with the attached file so we can evaluate the data in the file.
- Is only having the AFQT score imported enough? Do subgroups need to be included? Note that only the AFQT score is being collected in ECDS (i.e., the results for all sections are not being collected).

They released the ASVAB template. Hopefully you have seen this

This would be amazing as it would put sub creation back on the sites AND it would ensure that the sub account expires after a designated period.
