CALPADS SPRG ODS process - add option to skip FRE records with the Source of Direct Cert (FRE.SRC = DC)
Add an option to skip FRE records with the Source of Direct Cert (FRE.SRC = DC) in the SPRG files. This will allow the SPRG ODS process to not send up NSLP (FRE) records that have been created from the Direct Certification Import.

LTEL Import Process Changes
Due to the new file that the State is providing the LTEL data to districts, the current process in Aeries needs to be adjusted. Here are the changes that need to be made in Aeries:
LTEL Import:
--Allow processing of a CSV file
--Ignore text qualified characters in the file like commas

This issue has been resolved in the 11/17/2022 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
The LTEL Import now handles the new LTEL file format and comma-delimited files. The load and process buttons for the LTEL state file were removed as they are no longer needed. Also the process now handles special characters in the file. See CALPADS Extracts - LTEL Import Tab

Convert to Flex Scheduling - Create a Year Long Class Calendar
Having the process create a 5 day sample record requires the user to have to remember to go back and complete the full year class calendar after the rollover. This enhancement will save users that step during the first time conversion.

Configurations > Scheduling Setup - The Convert to Flex Scheduling process was updated as follows:
- The Start of Sample Week for Class Calendars field was replaced with the Class Calendar Start Date and Class Calendar End Date fields allowing the user to enter any dates when creating a year-long class calendar record for the next academic year. See Scheduling Setup > Convert to Flex Scheduling
- The process now includes the following fields when converting teacher data to scheduling: School (TCH.SC), Room (TCH.RM), LO (TCH.LO), HI (TCH.HI), and Max Stu/Day (TCH.MX). See Staff Scheduling Information > Overview

Reports > Summary of Students by Teacher and Period
The Class by Date (CAR) option was added allowing the user to run the report as of a specific date, which can be used for students who may complete a course on any day of the semester, such as an alternative education campus. See TX - Attendance Reconciliation (Flex) or Flex Scheduling Reports.

The Attendance Audit and Student Status message need to be updated for TK students who turn 5 after February 2nd for the 2022-2023 School Year.

CALPADS Student Data Audit not checking Contact Ed Level
The Student Data Audit for CALPADS is producing a false error because it is only monitoring the STU.PED field and is not checking the CON.ELV field if the CON.CD is the parent code value displayed in District Setting.
We need to fix for our customers.

- Reports < Student Data < Student Data Audit Report - The Parent Education Level validation will now validate against CON.ELV and no longer validate STU.PED. Also, if the District Settings is not set up with Parent Guardian codes, the report options page will display a warning message. See Student Data Audit Report.

Currently, the counselor drop-down list on this page is extracted from STU.CU, which links to the TCH table, and is not used. This needs to be modified to use STU.CNS linked to the STF table.

- Grade Reporting > Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard - For schools using staff ID-based counselor tracking, the Filter by Counselor dropdown listed staff records based on the Counselor field (STU.CU) on Demographics. Now the Filter by Counselor field lists all staff members with a Staff Job Assignments (STJ) record of Pupil Services.
