    • Texas State Reporting Code Translations - The drop-down list for code translations now includes the latest Disciplinary Action Reason codes from C165 for the 2023-2024 school year.
    • Assertive Discipline
      The Violations field drop-down list now includes the latest Disciplinary Action Reason codes from C165 for the 2023-2024 school year.
    • Update Suspendable Offense Codes - Added the latest Disciplinary Action Reason codes from C165 for the 2023-2024 school year.

  5. Transitional Kinder (TK) Adjustments for the 2022-2023 School Year

    Hello, this issue has been resolved in the 8/25/2022 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    Attendance Audit Report, Attendance Audit Report Old, and Demographics - The reports and page now support the new CALPADS TK Eligibility dates for 2022-2023. This change only affects the report tags AA and AB which are associated with TK student ages.

  6. TX - Student Demographics Resident District (ResDist) and Next Resident District fields

    TX - Student Demographics Resident District (ResDist) and Next Resident District fields - the Search option is not displaying the Course History Institutions data from table CHI. This is only occurring on Student Demographics page.

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 06/04/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The Default Date and Testing Administration fields, which are automatically populated based on the data file, are now disabled to ensured that the correct information is imported. See Import Test Results.

    The Green State Reporting Highlighting is needed for the new Graduation Exemption field (STU.GEX) on the Demographics page, Student Data 2 tab.

  9. CALPADS Student Data Audit not checking Contact Ed Level

    The Student Data Audit for CALPADS is producing a false error because it is only monitoring the STU.PED field and is not checking the CON.ELV field if the CON.CD is the parent code value displayed in District Setting.

    We need to fix for our customers.

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed, and it was released to customers on 2/11/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    • Reports < Student Data < Student Data Audit Report - The Parent Education Level validation will now validate against CON.ELV and no longer validate STU.PED. Also, if the District Settings is not set up with Parent Guardian codes, the report options page will display a warning message. See Student Data Audit Report.

    Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 8/12/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    •  Attendance Accounting > No Show Manager: The Update Enrollment to Start on First Day of Attendance function now includes updating a No Show student's District Enter Date with the first day the student is present in the current school year when the student is new to the district.

  14. Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard Counselor Dropdown list

    Currently, the counselor drop-down list on this page is extracted from STU.CU, which links to the TCH table, and is not used. This needs to be modified to use STU.CNS linked to the STF table.

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 10/8/24. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    • Grade Reporting > Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard - For schools using staff ID-based counselor tracking, the Filter by Counselor dropdown listed staff records based on the Counselor field (STU.CU) on Demographics. Now the Filter by Counselor field lists all staff members with a Staff Job Assignments (STJ) record of Pupil Services.

  17. TX: Prior Year Bilingual ESL Summer School Indicator

    Data element E1708 PRIOR-YEAR-BILINBUAL/ESL-SUMMER-SCHOOL-INDICATOR-CODE (TX-PriorYearBilingualESLSummer) is no longer used for state reporting purposes in TX and needs to be removed from the Student Program Extension complex in the Student Program Interchange file for PEIMS Extended Year State Reporting.

    Texas State Reporting (PEIMS      Extended) - The PriorYearBilingualESLSummer element was removed from StudentProgram extract in accordance to the latest TWEDS updates.

  18. UC ELC - TES Extract - Option to include Graduated Seniors

    Every fall the TES extract needs to be run in the prior year database to gather all of the 9th-12th grade transcript records for that year. Currently the TES extract only includes the records of active students. Please add an option to include students with certain inactive statuses, such as "Graduated".

    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 3/11/25 update. Here are the Revision Notes:

    • Student Data > Grades > CCI Indicator Summary (BETA): This page has been replaced in the navigation tree with the new CCI Student Summary page. Users who have the old page marked as a Favorite will now link to the new page instead. 
    • Student Data > Grades > Student CCI Summary: An updated CCI Student Summary page introduces a new layout to track student readiness within the College or Career indicators, featuring updated terminology, overall status messages with details, status chips displayed within each indicator section, and individual statuses available for each measure.
