CALPADS code translations - Add Aeries fixed codes for Parent Ed Level to CON.ELV so users can add or edit the code translation list for CON.ELV.

CALPADS Extracts - For CALPADS administrators, on the code translations tab, the CON.ELV values can now be selected in the dropdown under the CALPADS column when adding or editing a record for a custom code. Only custom codes need to be translated for CON.ELV.

Standards Based Grades - Load Grades From Gradebook Does Not Include Extra Credit Points in Standards Grade Calculation
The Standards Based Grades > Load Grades from Gradebook calculation does not take Extra Credit Points into account in the following circumstance:
- Elementary teacher in a school that uses Standards Based Grades
- Gradebook is Non-rubric
- Gradebook Assignments are associated with a standard
- Gradebook has one or more Extra Credit assignments

CALPADS adjustments needed in schools using Alt Ed sections for SCSE/SCSC and CRSE/CRSC extracts
In a school where "Allow Individual Sections to be Flagged for Alt Ed Scheduling" is enabled in School Options, and the "Alt Ed Sched" (MST.AE) in the Master Schedule page is selected, add a prefix to the virtual Course section ID number in the SCSE/C and CRSE/C extracts to properly identify the Section number as a unique, virtualized number.

School Info > Exports and Imports > CALPADS Extracts - For schools using the School Setting "Allow Individual Sections to be Flagged for Alt Ed Scheduling", when CRSE/SCSE or CRSC/SCSC extracts are generated from the Fall 2 and EOY tab, now any Alt Ed course will include a V at the beginning of the virtualized number under Course Section ID column in order to prevent using a number that may already exist for an actual section.

CRDC - Update Algebra I Passed Logic to Only Check if the Student Passed the Course in the Administration Year
The Algebra I Passed counts should be based solely on the Algebra I classes taken during the administration year and the grades received during the administration year. Any prior year achievement, or lack thereof, in Algebra I classes should have no effect on the Algebra I Passed counts.

CCGI Extract - Should Not Include Del-Tagged STU in the CCGI CourseGradeTemplate
When the below conditions are met, the CourseGradeTemplate file could include duplicate transcript records for the student:
-- STU.GR >=6
-- Both records have Parental Consent
-- Two STU records in different schools with the same perm id
-- One record is del-tagged, the other is not

CRDC ENRL-2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR
ENR2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR. LAC.SR is not state reported but PGM.CD is and this will prevent people from having to put the same information in two separate spots.

GRD Tri-fold Report Cards-Move Page Numbers

Reports > Grade Report Cards - When printing a trifold version of the report card, the page number printed in the bottom-right corner in the same area used by the USPS for the barcode. The page number was moved to the bottom-left corner to avoid this issue.

Reports > Home Language Survey - The report was added to provide a printable copy of the Home Language Survey questions and answers from online enrollment (LAC.L1, LAC.L3, LAC.L2, LAC.L4) along with legal instructions and electronic signature. The electronic signature is populated from the Survey Completed By (LAC.HCB) and Survey Completed Date (LAC.HLD) fields on the Language Assessment page. A report option allows you to print only surveys that are signed or not signed. The report can be printed in English or Spanish languages. See Home Language Survey Report
