    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 5/13/2022 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:


    • Daily Enrollment/Dates (CSR) Report
      For Primary Class Tracking schools, the report now prints the primary teachers for each student.
      For Primary Class Tracking schools, the report is now visible in Aeries navigation.
    • Daily Enrollment by Teacher Report - For Primary Class Tracking schools, options were added for printing Narrow, Wide, and For One Month.
      The primary teacher name and staff ID are now displayed at the top of the report below the teacher name.
      The report is now visible in Aeries navigation.
    • Daily Enrollment by Month (CSR) - The report now supports Primary Class Tracking.

    • Grade Reporting Options - For Flex Scheduling schools, a time picker is now displayed instead of periods when sorting by Teacher. 
  4. Update API V5 Parentsquare endpoint to not include the TCH table when matching ID to UGN.SID when school is Flex or Section Staff

    Adjust the API Staff endpoint for Parentsquare to not look at the TCH table for schools that are Flex or Section Staff only. The ID should pull from the Section Staff (SSE) and/or Staff (STF) tables and matched to the UGN.SID.

  5. Progress Report by Student - add STU.ID

    Currently the Progress Report by Student displays STU.SN. We want to use the Secure Document feature in Aeries Communications to distribute progress reports to students, and in order to do so the document must contain either STU.ID or STU.CID.

    Ideally, the STU.ID would appear in a consistent location on each progress report. The simplest way to accomplish this would be to add a line between the title and the date, and print the student ID there (centered).

    Covid testing students who were sitting in the vicinity of a positive tested student need to be identified
    The new and improved seating charts would be a great tool to assist with the process.
    If a teacher creates their seating chart based on the Attendance by Photo - Old, then administrators are able to run the Classroom Photo/Seating Chart report. The newest version attendance by photo seating chart does not print.

    Is there any means for us to make this capability available to anyone other than teachers? Admin, Office staff?

  9. Same Name report to include inactive records

    We are reviewing our database and finding a ton of records newly imported this year with a new Perm Id that already had an existing Perm id. If the same name report compared active and inactive we could easily catch more of these without such extensive research.

    Texas Specific:

    • Assertive      Discipline - The Safe and Supportive      School Program Team Review field (ADS.SSP) and its associated date      (ADS.SDT) were added to support the new Summer PEIMS data element E1734.
    • Texas      State Reporting (Summer PEIMS) - The Student      Discipline Incident Association Extension extract now includes the      SAFE-SUPPORTIVE-SCHOOL-PROGRAM-TEAM-REVIEW (E1734) element according to      the new specifications.

  13. Adjust Online Enrollment to support separate Education Levels for Parents/Guardians

    Adjustments needed because of changes CALPADS is making for Parent/Guardian information on the SINF file: Data is now being collected separately for Guardian 1 and Guardian 2: First Name, Last Name, Education Level.

    Move current question regarding Parent Ed Level into section collecting Parent/Guardian Info instead of the Student info. Use new field on Contacts to hold this information (CON.ELV) - same codes as old STU.PED field

    Scheduling Info - See Staff Scheduling Information.

    • Staff - The Staff Scheduling Info section was added for section staff schools, allowing users to track school-specific information such as room number and max students per period. The data is stored in the SSI table.
    • Flex SMS Board - The Room and Max fields are now populated automatically with Staff Scheduling Information (SSI) when using the Add Class button or the SMS Builder.
    • Master Schedule - When saving a primary teacher in the Section Staff Members section, the Room and Max fields are now populated automatically with Staff Scheduling Information (SSI).
    • Scheduling Master - When saving a primary teacher in the Section Staff Members section, the Room and Max fields are now populated automatically with Staff Scheduling Information (SSI).

    Hello, this issue has been resolved in the 8/2/22 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    Texas State Reporting (PEIMS Extended) - The Course extension of the EducationOrganization interchange and CourseOffering extension of the MasterSchedule interchange were updated to extract CTE course data according to 2021-2022 requirements.     Hello, this idea has been completed in the 1/26/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes: Course Requests and Classes - A summary of the student's Total Courses and Total Credits by Term is now displayed. Repeated courses are only counted once per term.

    Hello, this request has been completed in the 11/04/2021 update. Here are the Revision Notes:

    Immunizations – Additional fields have been added to this page to track student COVID-19 vaccinations, including tracking of exemptions, and vaccination type. Also, the Records Presented dropdown fields can now be customized by editing the IMM.RPT values on the Update Code Table page. Additional functionality related to COVID-19, including updating reports and tracking immunization status will be available in a future update.

  20. Adjust SBAC report to work for Flex and Section Staff Schools

    Adjust the Print Smarter Balanced (SBAC) report to work in Flex Scheduling and Section Staff Schools. When selecting to print the option to sort by Period or Section, adjust this report to work in Flex Schools. Currently, this report returns a message "no information is available to print". Selecting to print by Period, needs to reflect Flex Periods instead of 1-9. Selecting to print by Section, needs to reflect staff from SSE/STF tables.
