Remove the option for None of the Above/Decline to State from the survey in Parent Data Confirmation and Online Enrollment. Parents/Guardians will need to select one of the 4 homeless options or the single-home residence.

- Portal Options - The Housing Questionnaire no longer displays option 999-Decline To Answer Based on California Department of Education feedback. See Portal Options - Residence Survey Changes for the CDE 2021 Housing Questionnaire
- Parent Data Confirmation / Online Enrollment - The Decline to Answer option was removed from the Housing Questionnaire based on California Department of Education feedback. Users must now select one of the five options before proceeding. The alert message was revised accordingly.

Golden State Seal Merit Diploma - Add CA Science Test Criteria
The Golden State Seal Merit Diploma (GSS) has added the CA Science Test (CAST) in grades 10 or 11 as an additional method to demonstrate mastery in Science. Please add this to the Golden State Seal page.

Ability to Print Attendance Summary Report from District Level
Would like the ability to print the Attendance Summary Report by grade and by program from the District level. This is currently only available at the school level.

Printing Grade Report Cards when sorting by period does not work for Flex Scheduling. It is not sorting by Flex Period correctly and the Teacher name does not print.

Option to remove the "add student" option to Student Portal Accounts
Currently, students can "Add New Student" to their Student Portal Accounts. There is no reason for this option when we're mass creating accounts and it doesn't make sense why they would ever allow students to add students to their own portal accounts.

CALPADS Extracts - The SPRG extract now provides multiple extract files consolidated into a single zip file due to import process changes made by CALPADS. The sub-files are pre-pended with a three-digit number indicating the order in which they should be uploaded (e.g., 001, 002, 003, etc.)

Security pages - sticky headers when you scroll
Please make the security pages have the top row headers (with read, update, insert, delete, etc.) frozen/sticky when you scroll down so you know which one to check as you are going down.

CERS Student Groups - User Interface Issues
The CERS Student Groups page has several user interface issues that need to be addressed: indicate when the page is saved, refresh the page after a new profile is created, indicate when the user has selected too many teachers or additional users to save in the system, allow users to see the selected profile settings in Read mode, Allow users to view Extract Configuration Options for a saved Profile without going into Edit mode. allow more than 30 teachers and the Only Show Staff From Selected Schools does not display the staff when logged in at the District level.

Modify PFT for 2021/2022
The Physical Fitness Setup page can be adjusted now to turn-off the Body Composition tests.
Programming is working on adding the following message to the Physical Fitness Setup page:
Body Composition (Height/Weight/BMI) and calculations are not collected for the SPRG22 Testing Admin.We will also be locking the Body Composition fields on the Setup page and data entry pages (PFT by Teacher and Student PFT) if the Testing Admin is SPRG22.
Programming is also working on removing the calculated fields from the data entry pages.

Print button on Student transcript in the Parent/Student Portal
Students need to print transcripts from Aeries. The only way to print is to right click and print. Transcript looks crowded with repeating headers. Please add Print button and suppress headers from each row. Thank you.

The Allow Parents/Students to Print option was added to allow parents and students to print specific transcript versions. This option requires that the Parent and Student Portal Groups have specific permission set to be able to Print Transcripts.

CALPADS Extracts - For CALPADS administrators, on the code translations tab, the CON.ELV values can now be selected in the dropdown under the CALPADS column when adding or editing a record for a custom code. Only custom codes need to be translated for CON.ELV.

The new code value assigned by CALPADS is 102 with an effective date of July 1, 2022 so that it may be used RETROACTIVELY for students who exited in the 2022–2023 academic year with the new diploma.

In Flex Schools, the Period Absence Audit report printed by teacher should display attendance for all classes
When printing this report in Flex Schools, the Period Absence Audit Report when sorted by Teacher should display all classes for the student instead of just the one belonging to the teacher. This report is not efficient when printing each student's absence for the given teacher without seeing the entire schedule along with absence to determine the anomaly. For example, the outcome of the report should display just as printed by Student where it shows all classes except it should be sorted by the Teacher so that each teacher can determine if their attendance is correct or needs to be…
