TX: Prior Year Bilingual ESL Summer School Indicator
Data element E1708 PRIOR-YEAR-BILINBUAL/ESL-SUMMER-SCHOOL-INDICATOR-CODE (TX-PriorYearBilingualESLSummer) is no longer used for state reporting purposes in TX and needs to be removed from the Student Program Extension complex in the Student Program Interchange file for PEIMS Extended Year State Reporting.

CALPADS CRSC file issue for hand entered Transcript records for CTE courses
CALPADS CRSC File is not extracting the Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code and the Content Standards Alignment Code for hand entered CTE Dual Enrollment Courses. Programming needs to be adjusted to extract the data from the Course (CRS table).

CALPADS Extracts (California) - The CRSC extract did not use data in the Courses table (CRS) for the Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code and Content Standards Alignment Code columns, fixed. Data for these columns is now extracted from the CRS table when the transcript record is manually entered for a CTE course and has no matching section in the Master Schedule.

School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The Select the test/layout... field dropdown list was updated to reflect the latest testing administrations for College Entrance Tests, ensuring the latest layouts can be imported. The email message delivered to the user was also updated to reflect the latest school year. Testing layouts include:
- AP Test Results - SY:2016/17 - 2023/24
- ACT Test Results - SY:2020/21 - 2022/23
- PreACT Test Results - SY:2021/22 - 2022/23
- PSAT10 Test Results - SY:2019/20 - 2023/24
- PSAT8/9 Test Results - SY:2019/20 - 2023/24
- SAT Test Results - SY:2019/20 - 2023/24

School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The following columns were added to the Test Scores table (TST) allowing schools to indicate the student's probability of achievement for the new STRINT and STRBOY tests.
TST.PA1 - Probability of Achieving 1 (Approaches grade level)
TST.PA2 - Probability of Achieving 2 (Meets grade level)
TST.PA3 - Probability of Achieving 3 (Masters grade level)

- Student Grades - The absence and tardy counts in the Grades section will display blank instead of 0 in prior terms. In the current term, absence and tardy counts will display for all courses with a grade mark, including courses where credit was denied due to excessive absences.

Generate Report Card History - Add support for Flex Section Staff and Primary Class Tracking
The long-running process for Generate Report Card History is not creating all records in the RCH table for all students that have a report card printed. The code is still referring to TCH and TN in a Flex Scheduling school and needs to change to using Staff ID for Section Staff.

This report will display errors found in the Scheduling Master Schedule (SMS) table. This report can also be accessed under Reports > Scheduling > Scheduling Master Schedule Errors Report (Flex). Query Letters - Letters written in the Russian language displayed extra spaces on the PDF report, fixed. Note: Microsoft's Calibri font, which is part of the Windows default font set, is required for proper Russian language rendering.

AP Student Data file for Schools and Districts 2022 Layout Format
The AP Student Data file for Schools and Districts 2022 Layout Format has recently been posted to the College Board public site. It appears that the changes made to the file layout will have no impact on the Import Test Results process at this time. The existing AP Test Results - SY:2016/17 - 2020/21 file layout can be used to import the current data and the new data after July 2022.
