CALPADS Programs Reference by Student
The report has been modified to include an “As-of-Date” that defaults to the current date. Other options added are for printing only the Totals/Summary, and also to only include PGM records that have the school code (.PGM.SCL) set to zero. Additionally, there is now a district summary, by school, at the end of the report. -
Remove PGM.SR from Query
Program Services - PGM.SR field has been converted to the new PGS table so queries that contain PGM.SR may not be accurate. PGM.SR needs to be removed from Query to avoid confusion for users.

OneRoster: Limit Extract to include CON Records for Active Students only
In the Users.csv file produced by the OneRoster v1.1 Configuration's 'Run Now and Email' process, parent (PAT) records are being created even when the agentSourcedIds field is empty. This leads to the creation of unnecessary parent accounts for students who are inactive or no longer enrolled in the district.

Teacher Portal Default View - Class Summary
The default sort order upon logging into the teacher portal doesn't match the programmed "Default" that is listed when the Reset to Default button is pressed. Therefore the user would have to manually set this order themselves to have the Class Summary at the top of the page.

- Aeries Teacher Portal > Homepage - For teachers without permission to the User Account Options (UAO) table, the default display order of the widgets did not match the default order. Now the widgets are initially displayed in the default order, and can be reset to the default order anytime the teacher clicks Reset to Default in the Widget Settings menu. See Aeries Home.

We would like to know if the student IDs and DoB can be added to the pre-built Home Language Survey report, not a query, either by Aeries or by end users.

CRDC Extract - Refine 0s and Blanks Fill Logic for Various Elements
Refine logic for CRDC extract with regard to filling fields with either 0's or blanks.
For example, if there are any Preschool student counts, then the fields for Preschool EL counts, Preschool Student in EL Programs, Preschool IDEA, Preschool 504 counts should be filled with 0's rather than blanks when there are no Preschool students in these counts.2 votesHello, this idea has been completed in the 01/28/2025 update. Print Substitute Teacher Account Info Username Spacing
Creating a day-to-day temporary substitute account produces the "PrintSubstituteTeacherAccountInfo" report. The username on the report often confuses our substitutes because the font makes it look like there are spaces. Please see the sample screenshot.
Could a different font be used for the username?

School Info > Portal Management > Create Substitute Teacher Accounts - When printing the Info Sheet, the Your User Name and Your Password fields on the report now print in a font that makes it easier to distinguish between lowercase and uppercase letters.

MCOE Custom - Apportionment Summary, Apportionment Student Detail, ADA Summary by School and ADA Student Detail reports will now truncate ADA values prior to calculating values. The individual columns on the Apportionment Summary report will now add up exactly to the total ADA column. Also, all ADA values are displayed to the hundredths decimal (i.e., 0.00, 1.20, 5.75)

TX: Summer PEIMS - New Code Table C235 for E1596: Associate Degree Indicator
Beginning with the Summer PEIMS Submission for 23-24, TEA is requiring districts to report the actual associate degree the student earned using coding off of the new C235 table. This will be reported for students who completed an Associate's Degree in 11th or 12th grade.

Convert to Flex Scheduling - Create a Year Long Class Calendar
Having the process create a 5 day sample record requires the user to have to remember to go back and complete the full year class calendar after the rollover. This enhancement will save users that step during the first time conversion.

Configurations > Scheduling Setup - The Convert to Flex Scheduling process was updated as follows:
- The Start of Sample Week for Class Calendars field was replaced with the Class Calendar Start Date and Class Calendar End Date fields allowing the user to enter any dates when creating a year-long class calendar record for the next academic year. See Scheduling Setup > Convert to Flex Scheduling
- The process now includes the following fields when converting teacher data to scheduling: School (TCH.SC), Room (TCH.RM), LO (TCH.LO), HI (TCH.HI), and Max Stu/Day (TCH.MX). See Staff Scheduling Information > Overview
