Our counselors would find it useful if Aeries and CCGI could mirror each other in regards to the academic plan.

If schools have electronic files with ASVAB scores from both 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years, it would help speed up the process if you could send them to us so the developers can use them to create an import process. Please open a support ticket, and reference this Aeries Idea #43174887.

Hi Jan,
we won't have a 2020-21 file, but I'm working on getting you the 2019-20 file. We just have to locate it. The person who handled it retired, and only provided hard copies. This link provides information on how we the LEA should upload the information. It does show a screenshot of what the ASVAB file looks like. Hopefully, this could help. Thanks

It would great to get Portal Usage data in report form and in custom reports.

This is exactly what we need. Most parents tell our office sites they have uploaded all required documents, checked all required boxes, and filled out all required fields. So if there was a view button to see what information was completed, missing or both. That would be extremely helpful for our sites to communicate and assist parents with. Perhaps a report as well, similar to the Parent Confirmation Page.

Parent Data Confirmation should require the parent ed level to be populated. This is the best way to collect the information on current students (not newly enrolled/online enrollment). Perhaps require it, if the lives with field is populated yes, or if the relationship is mother, father, stepmother, stepfather. Currently, you can define required fields but when in Parent Data Confirmation it allows the user to save without populating the Parent Ed Level. Perhaps another way is to add another column in the Portal Groups Fields that is Required. Currently, this is Read and Update only.
