    Information we got to know : During COVID, the state suspended performance scoring and required only participation reporting. Since then, no Pass/Fail calculations have been provided by the state or county."

    Can Aeries automatically update the Participation status when Physical Fitness Test results are entered for students? Currently, the PFT Status field shows “Not Tested/Undetermined,” so we are unable to display this information in the Parent Portal. Parents would like to know whether their child participated in the PFT.

    1. Physical Fitness Test page : Test Status
    2. Demographics page : High School Physical Fitness field ( this is linked to Test Status from "Physical Fitness Test" page).

    It would be beneficial to track student participation, either by adding a new field (if not state-mandated) or updating the existing field logic (if mandated).
