Student Checkin
Have Aeries have a window where each school site can check in students upon late arrival or early check out.
Student would scan their id into the system using a barcode scanner that would capture their STU ID.
Then a window would pop up asking for reason for Tardy.

- Manage Grading Snapshot - The Active Gradebook Entries Only option is now available under the Manage Grading Snapshot section. Selecting this option will exclude gradebooks that the student in no longer active in from the snapshot calculations. Using this option when calculating the Grading Snapshot will ensure that the Grade Report card will only display grading snapshot marks for the gradebooks that the student is active in. Attendance Based Grade Reporting - The Add credit denied due to excessive absences comment to the report card option was added allowing a 99-Credit Denied comment to be displayed on the Grades pages and report card when a student has a passing grade but was not awarded credit. When enabled, the code populates GRD.C1, GRD.C2, or GRD.C3 for the selected students. -

- OneRoster CSV Extract - Texas specific Grade Level mappings have been added to the extract files for Users.csv, Classes.csv, and Courses.csv, to match the OneRoster CEDS standards. For Texas customers the mappings for Early Education and Pre-Kindergarten will now translate to the CEDS codes IT (Infant/Toddler) and PK (Pre-Kindergarten) respectively.
- OneRoster CSV Extract - In some cases, incorrect grade levels were extracted for teachers who teach multiple grade ranges, fixed.

Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 1/19/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
- Special Programs - The CTE Ineligible Funding (414) option was added to the Program Code drop-down list to identify students who are ineligible for CTE funding due to placement in a disciplinary setting. Program enrollment should cease the day before the student begins attendance in the discipline setting and resume the day after the student's last day in that setting. The option is used in calculations when the student was enrolled in this program for six or more consecutive school days. - Texas State Reporting (Summer PEIMS) - The Student Discipline Incident Association Extension extract now includes the SAFE-SUPPORTIVE-SCHOOL-PROGRAM-TEAM-REVIEW (E1734) element according to the new specifications.

For Transcript Enhanced-1-Column Style for the Graduated date it currently is MM/YYYY colleges want a graduation date MM/DD/YYYY. Please change the date to be MM/DD/YYYY instead of just MM/YYYY

Independent Study Mgmt WPE Teacher View - Adjust for flex
The Independent Study Management page on the WPE Teacher View tab does not display the course information under Class Option for the logged in teacher in a flex or section staff school. Adjust this feature to look at the Section Staff in Flex Schools.
