How long do small interface bugs like this need to be reported for before they can be addressed?? As this element is public facing to parents it should be given priority. Only two fields are not honoring the setting...so it would seem that it would not require a large technical effort.

The limitation to not allow changing the status back to Pending (Complete) is silly.
We should have the ability to get these partial requests imported - even if not totally completed by the parent.
This restriction is unnecessarily a roadblock in the process.

A common practice I am finding is that the school clerks are creating a seperate google worksheet, to keep track of various notes and parent engagement activities.

Having a comments field and possibly a follow up date may be useful to aid our staff in managing their engagement with the guardians while the enrollment is pending final enrollment.

Add a summary count of Attendance Note code usage - similar to the AL code counts on this page already.

This would be useful for attendance clerks to quickly see how often a particular code has been used for a student.
Specifically, parents are allowed up to 10 excused absences before a doctor's note is required. Any instances in which a doctors note is provided do not count against that 10 allowance. Having the summary count would allow for quick check if the allowance of 10 excused (non-physician noted) has been exhausted.

Thank you for your feedback, and please tell us more. Why would you not want to collect the student’s nickname? Please use the comments to elaborate.

The Discipline Letters are still pulling the [Disposition] value from ADS.DS which is no longer used.
The Discipline Letter template has a "Disc Text 4" section that includes the various dispositions for the incident.
Having letters generate with blank Disposition descriptions makes the letter confusing to parents.
How can a feature that is part of the core functioning of the application go so long without being addressed?

Stop logging a CON.ELV entry in the CALPADS log that has both the Old and New values as blank.

We end up with CALPADS logs that look like this.

    TC FC DT OV NV
    CON ELV 8/15/2024
    CON ELV 8/15/2024
    CON ELV 8/15/2024
    CON ELV 8/15/2024
    CON ELV 8/15/2024
    CON ELV 8/15/2024
    CON ELV 8/14/2024

This is in a similar vein as the issue outlined in this Aeries Idea:
