We are in the process of separating the different types of portal options into phases so they can be developed and released in smaller increments. That will help us deliver them in stages, rather than waiting for the entire project to be finsihed & released all together.

Phone number with a dropdown box to indicate type of phone would be even better - we have an issue with people entering their cell phone number three times! But we use communications, so still need to have something that identifies cell phone numbers for texting.
