An error occurred while saving the comment Bryan Starr commentedWe would like a new security option for Teachers on Special Assignment. This would grant them "User" access to Aeries, in addition to the "Teacher" access.
Background
We have teachers on special assignment. Sometimes they fulfill two roles at the school ( Teacher and User Security Groups ).Instead of creating two accounts, we would like them to just sign-in with their 1x account to minimize support and also reduce confusion. This helps us keep in-sync with external authentication options.

Add security permission & update form to allow Service Learning Administrators to manually update
required hours in Aeries.
Background:
Sometimes the calculation / prior year attendance does not calculate correctly AND there are cases where there needs to be exemption hours due to a school/student agreement. Schools need the flexibility to make requirement changes per-student. The permission would allow Districts to grant access to administrators on an as-needed basis.
