   Add the ability to control what the default settings are when creating a new assignment. By default, any new assignment will use the most recently created assignment as a starting point.

   The request is to add a function to set what the default settings are to a newly created assignment.

    It would be nice for staff to be able to view online enrollment account to see where the parent is at in the process. Right now, I'm using SQL to change the password (and changing it back afterwards) of the online enrollment account to gain access and see what a parent is doing wrong in the online enrollment system.

    This is specific to district using the street address management for auditing addresses.

    For students from outside the district, instead of using the school's address or creating a new location for out of district students. Can an additional field be used to indicate the parent knows they are out of district?
