Please allow us to search for a staff member using the Flex SMS Board if the staff's primary school is another school.
Currently, the search does not work if the STFs Primary School is not the current school, even though the staff is assigned as a section staff member in scheduling master.

Please also give us the ability to add staff using Flex SMS Board if staff is primarily assigned to another site. Currently we cannot.

Adding a dedicated growth percentile field in Aeries would transform how we monitor student progress. Rather than focusing solely on achievement scores, growth percentiles reveal each student's academic trajectory relative to peers with similar starting points, providing a more equitable and comprehensive view of student development. This enhancement would significantly improve our data triangulation capabilities by allowing educators to correlate growth metrics with other performance indicators already in the system. Site administrators and teachers, who already heavily rely on MAP growth data (often more than achievement percentiles), would gain streamlined access to these critical metrics directly within their primary data system. Furthermore, a dedicated growth field would enable powerful disaggregation in analytics, helping identify which student groups are making accelerated progress and which need additional support—insights that achievement scores alone cannot provide. This seemingly small addition would ultimately lead to more informed instructional decisions and targeted interventions across our district.

    Hello,
It's that time of year again. Why are the program records closing out so early? If you have to close them out wouldn't it be better if it was like enrollments, Auto-close Enrollment (E155 & E156) 14 Days Before the End of the School Year? Also, it would be very helpful if we had a check box to prevent them from being exited until we are ready or until the last day of school like we do for enrollments.

    Hello Jan,
Are you also looking at how this should be tracked for ADA reporting?

This clarification message was added to the SUN Bucks communcation pieced linked earlier, so we are adding it here to maintain consistency as to our plans:

    -----------------

There seems to still be some confusion, so we are clarifying out intended actions, as many comments added to this idea cover a wide variety of requests:

We are planning development during the current quarter to make specific upgrades to allow recording in Aeries which students were designated as Free or Reduced based on the UBA (and not the NSLP Application) via a new Source Code. Also, in the same way that districts can make the NSLP application available for download in the parent portal, a customized UBA could also be uploaded into the Parent Portal so they can access it to fill out.

The actual collecting of the UBA, analyzing the responses, assigning the status to a student, and conducting audits would…
