We are seeking clarification from the CDE to determine the scope of this work. Be advised the solution will require the use of the single-column enhanced transcripts in order to allow room for the visual printing of the seal(s).     This is critical because we sometimes receive CALPADS errors even when the records in both Aeries and CALPADS are correct. In these cases, we must delete all CALPADS logs for the error to clear. For example, a student may be enrolled on 1/9/26, but the CALPADS log in Aeries shows a date of 12/10/25. This causes CALPADS errors because the log contains dates that are prior to the student’s enrollment.
